Wszystko dobrze w obiektach, problemem była kara, którą naliczono mi za bycie dominikaninem. Powinieneś obciążyć wszystko za tę samą rezerwację i nie mieć niezręcznej chwili podczas odprawy.

My experience was horrible and i will not ever consider another stay at Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort. First off the A/C in my room did not work properly or was not able to reach a temperature that was cool enough to keep me from sweating in the room even at night. the problem was a simple fix (the unit was low in freon) and i know this because i'm a Electrical Contractor with some experience in A/C repairs. I begged for four days straight for the unit to be fixed and at the end of the fourth day I checked out and went to find me a room with A/C. They asked me to sign a paper stating that my reason for leaving was not due to anything that Cofresi Palm was at fault for. They at the end of the fourth day offered to place me in another room with two beds but that is not what i paid for nor did i want to sleep away from my Fiancé. To top it off i had to pay for the full stay and i was told that no money will not be returned to me no matter what the reason was for me to leaving. Fother more i did not like the fact that you have to eat in a outdoor restaurant and the only air moving is like a heater on you. You are not allowed to bring food back to your room and eat. there are many other negative things that i can mention but i'm going to stop there because i'm getting piss off again.

The power went out several times. The toilets do not flush well. Some friends had issues with no hot water. The "included" food and drinks at the buffet and bars were average. More/better drink options at the "******," but it's only open 6 PM - 2 AM. There was a lot of confusion about when you could make dinner reservations for the non-buffet restaurants. There are no dance clubs onsite, despite advertising that there are 4 of them. This was my first all inclusive experience, so I can't really compare it to anything else.

It was a good choice for a few days break. It's a massive vacation club combining hotel, apar**ents, suites and villas for a village sized complex with many pools and restaurants behind the beach front.
You don't get access to all areas depending on your wrist band status, plus specialist restaurants need be booked well in advance.
Our room in original Palm Resort was dated but clean and comfortable. Everything worked in our and was keep clean. The Gardens / Grounds are lovely and everything was sign posted in English so fairly easy to navigate you way around.
The Food was good and plentaful and drinks was okay.
Many Bars, swimming and beach areas to choose from plus day and night day shoes in some areas.
Overall pleassnt stay, no complaints!

There was bad smell next to the room. Also the staff from the pearl restaurant that works in the morning has no customer service, used to pass by us and never ask us if we wanted something to drink, the only way they got close to us was to tell us that they were gonna close.
