Excellent Complex lovely Apar**ents Lovely Pool area and the whole place kept spotless.brillant Pool Bar And Restaurant called Vibe with Awesome Staff Cheryl Caroline and Jenn but all the staff were great and a great happy hour and food is excellent Breakfast and Lunch and open till 11.30 we be back soon so see ya.

We as a family have owned here for over 20 years, so we have seen lots of changes over the years, we would like to add a review for All the staff who have worked here for a lot of those years and are still here now, and new ones that have and are contributing to this lovely hotel, David our lifeguard is a fairly recent addition unfortunately he’s employed by the company who supply us with lifeguards but we do get to have him on a regular basis,he does go the extra mile, the new vibe pool bar is certainly a great asset and is going from strength to strength.

We are part way through our week at Puerta Calma Holdiay Club. We will definitely be back. The apar**ent has everything we need and is clean and spacious. The rooms are swept and beds made most days for us. Our balcony is overlooking the marina and it’s so pretty and night time. The VIBE restaurant has a bar which serves a good breakfast and has a good choice in the menu although we haven’t eaten here in the evening yet. The pool was lovely and warm so the pump must have been fixed that’s mentioned in other reviews. Always plenty of sunbed and umbrellas available. It would be nice to have some background music around thenoool as it’s very quiet. The towels are a bit worn and shabby and are various shades of brown. Within walking distance of the beach and marina and plenty of choice for where to eat and drink. There is a free bus to the further beach in Cosa Rica as well. All the staff at the resort are friendly and knowledgeable.

Stayed here for a week over Easter, beautiful 1 bedroom apar**ent in B Block really quiet and great views, no need to upgrade to ocean views as they all have views of the Marina !! Only negatives we found was the shower was very poor pressure, the pool towels brown old a couple ripped they really need decent towels here full stop and the other issue was the freezing cold POOL !!! Apparently the pumps broken but it’s been weeks !!! The main thing we loved was the VIBE bar, sitting in the terrace is just the most perfect place, the girls who have taken over the bar an absolute credit to this hotel, I hope they appreciate what they do !!! The service the food, drinks outstanding, we had breakfast here each morning and it was truly the best around !!! Well done team VIBE !! We will return to this hotel in the future purely just for the welcome from team vibe, they are the best !!! See you again Shakey Wakey guys

Cannot fault this place! Great location with views over the marina. Every member of staff has been very friendly and helpful. There’s always plenty of sun loungers available, never needed to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve them! The area around the pool is always clean and relaxing. Our favourite part is the terrace / balcony of the room with personal sun loungers and overlooking the sea and marina… the room has everything you’d need! Highly recommend this hotel :)

Had a great stay at this amazing resort! The Vibe bar does amazing good, cocktails, happy hour every day 4-6!! Such a friendly bar staff are fantastic!! Live music. Great location right at marina! Rooms spacious and clean, well equipped!!!

Stayed in lovely 2 bed apar**ent. Great views & complex clean. Lovely coffee & cocktails by the pool. Only negative pool pump was broken, so water a bit chilly. Right beside some great Italian restaurants and convenient for harbour and hills not too steep.

Awesome value hotel. We stayed here at the start of December and it was really cheap. We didn't expect anything special but we were pleasantly surprised. Great little apar**ent with a massive balcony; big enough to throw a party on. It was all very clean and looked recently renovated. Bar and restaurant staff were great, although one of the reception staff was a complete misery. Nice sized pool and plenty of sun loungers. We ate lunch at the restaurant once and it was good; quite a simple menu but no issues. The hotel was a good 15 minute walk to the main Puerto Rico area but an enjoyable walk nonetheless. We would most definitely go back here again, and probably will.

Excellent resort, very relaxing, plenty of sun beds. Cleanliness of the resort outstanding. Restaurants over the road were brilliant and convenient too. The cafe/bar had excellent friendly staff and the happy hour cocktails were great!
