We stayed at the hostel which was really beautiful but they also have a hotel that looked great. The restaurant served both with quick Colombian and European food. Our hostel served a good breakfast, had excellent wifi and a good medium sized pool. The establishment also organised the trips and we had Robinson who was knowledgeable, helpful and spoke good English in a country where little English is spoken.

Estuve en Los Colores con mi familia por un fin de semana festivo. Primero quiero reconocer lo bueno: La habitación premiun es linda y limpia. Colchones y almohadas muy comodas. El aire funciona bien. Es correcta. El servicio del personal de recepción es bueno. Hicimos un rafting por Rio Claro y el servicio fue muy bueno, el guia super amable y divertido (Creo que se llamaba Mateo). Sin embargo, me pareció que es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Solo hay internet en la recepción y teniendo en cuenta que la señal de celular es nula en la zona (lo cual no es culpa del hotel) debería haber internet en las habitaciones ya que uno queda completamente incomunicado en la zona. El desayuno es bieeeen básico. El restaurante es muy malo, cenamos y almorzamos por el cansancio que teníamos pero nada que ver. A media noche se fue la energía por lo que se apagó el aire y no hay planta, tampoco angeos en las habitaciones por lo que no es buena idea abrir las ventanas, asi que pasamos una muy mala noche porque hacia 36 grados. La verdad no se si volvería a este hotel porque me pareció bastante caro ya que fueron $705.000 + iva diarios por la habitación premium para 3 personas con desayuno.

Es un hotel relativamente bueno para Doradal. Pero tratan se hacer conejo con el pago si uno reserva vía Hotels, Booking u otra plataforma. En mi caso me cobraron 20 por ciento más de lo pactado
