這次出行感覺攜程非常的不專業：
1.訂單顯示已經預訂成功，到了酒店卻發現沒有這個預訂
2.假設酒店沒有給攜程確認號，在入住前起碼還有時間通知客户，為何沒有這一步
無奈反覆和攜程聯繫，得到的卻是三個多小時的等待。期間還讓客户自己去和前台溝通還有沒房間，語言不通加上入住高峯，忙了一下午未果。最後無奈和同行團隊住不同酒店，耗費了一個下午不説，團建的目的也大打折扣。太耽誤事情。

This is an average hotel all inclusive that is tired. Some updates in the rooms are needed. As a solo traveler I appreciate the security in and around the hotel. The shows start at 9pm and are loud. Don't expect to go to bed before 10:30 , 11:00. Food is average, many line ups to get seated. You need to get up fairly early to get a lounger on the beach. The ladies at the security at the beach are friendly and will always have a hello for you. It's clean.

The property is definitely dated when it comes to the hotel. The hallways leading to the room are dark, the bathroom wasn’t the best- bad lighting, water temperature was all over the place.
But overall it was fine. The pool area and restaurant were nice. Food was good for an all inclusive. The time share people are kind of annoying, I think they bugged us everyday, especially when walking out of the resort. Would I stay here again? No, but I got what I paid for.

Even with all the bad reviews we saw, we decided to book anyway.
Our room was perfect.
Service amazing.
Food plenty of choice.
Very safe to walk on your own on the property and around
We will definitely book again .

Great place to stay when traveling with family. Short ride to the airport and with easy access to Malecon (downtown). Nice beach area with gorgeous view of sunset. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Facilities are old, but overall well maintained. Food and drinks quiality was avarage as in other resorts. Good entertainment with free activities and night shows. We loved the Friday night magic show...it was great. Special thanks to the world cafe host (Fernanda), she went the extra mile to make us feel special.

A fully equipped gym was advertised and there is no gym at all. Food was ok. Not bad but not great. We ate out many times. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Beds are top notch (at least ours were. Pool area is great. Some of the property is in disrepair and other parts are very nice. Buffets are plentiful and abundant in choices. Tins of scheduled activites around the pool and nightly shows. The balcony views are exquisite. Location is arguably the best on the beach. Outanding. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Every single staff memeber we encountered for our 20 day visit was absolutely professional and wonderful. I would definitely recommend a stay here, but be aware some of the online pictures are deceiving.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The work staff are wonderful and work extremely hard! The property could use some work. Our door frame was broken and you could see through it.

I really loved my get away in Mexico and I super loved staying at Sunscape! This was my second time staying at Sunscape and I will definitely be back! I felt really safe, it is kept very clean, and the staff were always so helpful and friendly! I was also impressed with the location as it is in a central area and only a few minutes from the airport and shopping malls! Best customer service I have ever experienced is here which made my stay exceptional!

Definitely not the cleanest. Room was only somewhat clean upon arrival. Around resort was dirty also. Spills on ground on way to pool was there for over 24 hours. Food was edible but definitely not the best. Employees weren’t wearing gloves first few days we were there while handling food. I would not stay there again.
