The property was really old. Our shower did not work. We requested maintenance three times. Then my husband had to explain to the maintenance man how to fix the problem. He had to go get the maintenance guy to come into our room. We reserved a king room ocean view and we were given a room with two double beds and a parking lot view they had overbooked, so there is no way to move rooms.

The staff and service were exceptional. The property was really nice. Good restaurants. I would say some upgrades are needed. The air conditioner in our room was very old and didn’t really work. There weren’t enough pool chairs, so they overcrowd the beach. Since you’re on the beach, the beach vendors can get to you the whole day and are relentless!! You are bothered ALL DAY LONG. Pool chairs are all taken by 7:30 AM because people put towels on them. Lots of “owners” who feel entitled. But the staff were very nice and servers went above and beyond.

We did not get the room we paid for. Reserved a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with sitting area and kitchenette. Got stuck in 2 separate rooms. Not happy and front desk said they didn’t even have 2bedroom suites at this location so there was never a chance we were going to get what we paid for.

The restaurants lacked good service and the Mexican restaurant was not open for dinner most nights. The poolside servers and front desk were wonderful! The maid service was top notch and room was always clean! Overall a great place 😊

Staff was great=have stayed at many resorts in 20 years and this is definitely not at top of our list!

The rooms are nice and clean, and location is good. Easy access to airport and downtown. The resort itself is smaller side so great with kids or for seniors.
The restaurants weren’t that good and went out to eat few days when we were staying.

The room is very old. The air conditioner makes water noise, making the floor and TV cabinet wet.They didn't tell us about the resort money they gave us $175.When we order foods not on the menu, we had to pay immediately.I felt it was a scam when they didn't tell us about the amount of money we were supposed to receive. I booked 4 rooms there.The $700 total was lost when we checked out.It's a terrible experience..

Staff here at the resort were amazing and accommodating. We felt very welcome and comfortable. I did enjoy the fitness center - I felt that it had more equipment than most.
I want to note that did the all-inclusive package and did eat at all the restaurants, including the breakfast buffet, poolside a la carte, and room service. The food was average and sometimes inconsistent between the days. El Patron and La Trattoria were probably the best of them.
We also did visit the spa (4 of us). We all agreed that the experience was below average. We all did full-body massages, but left feeling less than satisfied. Would not recommend the spa.

We chose the resort because they had pickleball courts. Met lots of friendly players. Meals were good. Seemed expensive but we went all inclusive. Great beach location with nice sand. People get up at 5 to reserve chairs at the pools. Crazy! People say resort is going to be torn down next year to build a new one. So no major repairs will be done. 1 elevator was not working while we were there.
