The Fiestamericana staff was amazing, and the grounds and lobby are beautiful. They brought in some good entertainment in the lobby bar each night, and the drinks are good.
The building itself and the pool could use some renovating. As far as the food, most of it was good. Our favorite was the Italian, and the sushi was good in the Asian. We did not care for the Mexican restaurant. They really need more dinner options, as most nights the restaurants were so busy, and buffet would make a huge difference.
The coffee shop is adorable, and so is the sweet lady who who worked night and day but always had a smile.

Went for a week, our first time in PV.
Staff were great, location is nice, good food, weekend entertainment was nice. We had a large group including a few return customers and ones who upgraded to the premium level so I think we received extra special treatment.
Shoutout to the following staff who really stood out for exceptional service:
- David at the swimup bar,
- Miguel from the Italian restaurant,
- Miguel from the buffet,
- Armando
- Hugo the boss,
- Georgina the housekeeper,
- Gume every morning was very attentive
- lovely barista lady
There were others I just can’t remember everyone’s names.
There could be more activities or shows during the midweek afternoons.
I would love to return again, and next time I book I’ll be checking prices on this hotel.

Too many pigeons - everywhere!!! Including in the restaurants. Buffet food was cold. Limited dining options after 5;00. Food at restaurants was inconsistent. They used the fish we caught for their menu items.

Hotel seems to have restaurant staff showing up to work.The staff who did report for work were excellent despite having to cover for shortage of staff who did not report for work.

This Hotel is so beautiful. 1st time here! It has been here for over 42 years, a real attraction for people from everywhere. People from Europe, and Canada and the USA have come here repeatedly and now I know why. Enjoyed the pool, the food, the beach. Amazimg views. Too much to mention. Loved it. Great staff. Thank you everyone!!

It would be nice if at night they had a show or something where kids are included. We got kicked out of the bar section and all we wanted to do is listen to the music. Customer service is great the only thing is that there is nothing in Fiesta Americana for little kids to do.
