Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it.
Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met.
All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

Good location nearby malls and supermarkets, all included in the hotel, funny activities every day, big rooms in good conditions, the buffet was really good

Just stayed for one day, but it took 2 hours to check in. Not how I expected to spend the afternoon. Junior suite was roomy, though.

Très bel hôtel propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin;air climatisé,Wi-Fi,lit de qualité king size,cuisinette avec frigo,balcon,2 piscines chauffées avec transat sur la plage,spa,beaucoup d'activités,fitness,idéal pour les familles.

Our experience was over all pretty good. All of the staff was really friendly and helpful. The space of our room was great! The main pool was a lot of fun. The pool closest to the beach was really chilly, but my kids didn't mind. All of the food we had was good, except the mint chocolate ice cream.
The areas we saw needed improvement were the towel service at the pools and beach. We never went and were able to get all the towels we needed (we had 5 in our party) and the wait was always a long time (could be an hour or more). They also needed to work on managing lines for the breakfast buffet and special event buffets.
We would definitely stay at one of their properties again, this one is being demolished soon to be rebuilt as a high rise resort.

I have been coming here for years and I am very disappointed in this stay. Normally I love coming here but this time, I find I am so frustrated that I've spent more time in my room than usual. There are never any chairs at the pools as people are reserving them by 7am. The "quiet" pool has been FULL of young kids screaming and splashing so much that we've given up and just gone back to the room. Nothing is enforced and I am really hoping that, once they rebuild, they have an actual QUIET pool. We have been here a week and it's been EVERY DAY.
