全包酒店，所有房間都是海景房，非常適合度假放鬆。除了貴點，真的沒毛病😀 晚餐去意大利餐廳和墨西哥餐廳都很好吃

The Hyatt Ziva was outstanding with their private beach nestled in the mountains, and super close to Zona Romantica. The food has quite delicious as well. We loved our breakfasts right on the beach in Blaze with chef Edgar Lopez, who came out to say hello - he was super nice and breakfasts were delicious on hot plates with the waves rolling in -- we found it difficult to leave breafkast because the mood and scene was just right every morning. Tip: the beach sales people is super small at this property because it's a private beach, which means it's more restful than all the other beaches in Vallarta. Prices were reasonable as well, and we were excited that it also included room service and mini bar on the all inclusive plan. Tons of cultural events and performances every night. Recommended!!

A beautiful resort. With great restaurant options. However the staff and their professionalism does not deserve five stars. I’ve stayed here for a week and majority of the staff has a very rude or tired attitude. This also refers to restaurant/dining experience, making restaurant reservations, spa booking/experience, and booking cabanas. Everything is unorganized nor are they accommodating when it comes to acknowledging their mistake. I would never stay here again. For an all inclusive resort, where you also pay for extra services and accommodations, you end up handling it all on your own with a bad attitude served

Loved the staff and their attentive service. Did not appreciate the lack of communication at the time of booking that the swim-up floor rooms were right next to the construction. There were times where construction debris fell into our swim-up pool.

Located all alone on a beautiful cove. The restaurants, lobby and rooms are very close to the ocean so you feel immersed in the ocean experience. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the ocean roar is loud for better or for worse. Nice relaxed vibe.. no bracelets or towel cards required. Service was very good, especially in the Blaze restaurant. The food was very good and the buffet was spacious, with no line ups for made-to-order omelettes for example. Entertainment was excellent. The location is great because you can easily take a bus or taxi into town. On the other hand you can’t really explore the general vicinity by foot because the beach has a barrier at both ends and the highway is much too narrow for safe walking.
