Good hotel, well located, good room standard and service. I stayed 2 nights for business purpose and did really enjoy the stay so very likely I'll come back. Didn't get the chance to try the restaurant but heard the burgers are one of the best in town.

I was disappointed in the wireless service because they provided a wifi access and password which did not work properly. Sometimes I could not connect my device at all or when it did connect, it was at a speed of 1 or 2 mbps. Good enough for email but that’s it. The rooms are nice and the hotel is attractive though.

Excelente hotel, buena ubicación, dormitorios muy amplios, baño tb muy amplio. La atención del personal muy amable.- El desayuno yo le podría un 5.5, pero cumple, no tiene mucha variedad de fruta, ni de cosas dulces, los huevos solo pueden ser revueltos, no hay alternativa de omelette, ni tampoco una sanguchera si quieres hacer un selladito con queso

Habitaciones preciosas y muy amplias con ventanales con vistas espectaculares al lago LLanquihue. Camas excelentes. Impecable todo. Muy elegante el Hotel y de muy buen gusto, logra mezclar modernidad y tecnología, respetando las raíces del lugar y utilizando maderas y piedras de la zona. Preciosos muebles de fina y moderna confección en lindas maderas. Muy bien atendido. Me fascinó bajar a pie por ese caminito encantador a la costanera. Espectacular. Había una pacífica pata con su polluelo, en la bajada. Preciosa camino que lleva a la costanera en 2 minutos. Fabulosa experiencia.

Un hermoso hotel con una excelente vista al lago , infraestructura en muy buen estado, un buen y delicioso desayuno y lo mejor la atención del personal muy amables y amenos La ubicación es privilegiada a unos 500 metros del centro de la ciudad

Habitación amplia, cama de muy buen tamaño para alguien muy alto. Calefacción adecuada y vista inmejorable, y atención del personal esmerada. Limpieza de buen nivel, y ducha de tamaño amplio. Buena cobertura de Internet en todo el hotel

Un hotel que tiene buena ubicación. La habitación muy grande y la cama cómoda. Televisión de excelente resolución. Desayuno podría ser mejor, ya que solo hay 3 opciones y no es suficiente comida. Lo demás recomendado! Volveríamos a venir pronto.

Las toallas estan lavadas pero muy usadas, la suciedad estaba pegada de tanto uso. En el piso no había disponible tazas para el café, tampoco azúcar, tuvimos que pedirlo. La calefacción estaba apagada en pleno invierno, tuvimos que pedir que la prendan. No hay basurero en la pieza, ni citofono. La tv se ve pixelada. Lo único bueno la atención de los trabajadores, todos muy amables.

Traté de hacer una reserva y nada funciona. El tel. 232844200 no funciona para la opción Puelche al igual que el 652233600 y el 942292499 que aparece como el celular del restaurant. En fin, pésimo servicio y mala actualización de su página si es que los números han cambiado.
