The hotel is amazing so calm and relaxing the plants are beautiful. The pool is warm and so inviting. The breakfast was delicious with such a lovely choice of fruit and eggs etc.cooked perfectly. All the staff were absolutely brilliant the whole place is so clean and tidy. The cocktails are the best I have tasted in Costa Rica... We will most definitely return when we come back to Costa Rica. We didn't stay here but came frequently for cocktails and food once we discovered this gem. It's a serene and beautiful spot, with the perfect ambiance for a day in paradise. The service was incredible, they always went above and beyond to make sure you were happy. The bartender Fernando was a magician, making delicious and unique cocktails every time we came. I didn't know about this hotel when we booked our trip otherwise I would have been tempted to stay here too.

This would be one of my favourite stays ever. Let me start by saying the staff are absolutely a delight to talk to and the service is second to none. I had the pleasure of talking to the owner (Tim), this guy is everything an owner should be, greets all the guests, asks if everything is fine and ill accommodate in any way. The rooms are of a minimalist design however; the design is fantastic, as are the washrooms. The common areas (pool/hot tub/bar area) is gorgeous in design. This place is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and especially at night. The breakfast was excellent, as is the service that comes along wth it. The bar staff much like everyone at the hotel are so personable that you feel special being there. I cannot say enough about this hotel and I truly hope I did not leave anyone out by thanking them for our enjoyable stay. We will definitely be coming back for a much longer stay next time.

Exceptionnal expérience in this brand new capsule hotel - Saranda Boutique hôtel - decorated with taste. Everything is clean. The staff is efficient and the director is very helpful. Highly recommended. Mary

Beautiful and intim design hotel. Recently open, the hotel surprises by originality - great design combining harmoniously Art Deco with modern style, eye for detail - from construction to decoration, all is thoughtfully designed, executed and placed. The atmosphere is nice, relaxed, and the staff is very friendly.

El Hotel está hermoso, la atención es muy buena, y la experiencia de dormir en un tubo está original, el único tema que no me agradó fue la música ambiental, el reguetón no es adecuado, todo lo demás es excelente, tome un masajes con April y fue muy bueno, la chica de la recepción super linda y receptiva con nuestros comentarios.

Das Hotel ist originell und hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Zimmer sind sauber und niedlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und zaubert hervorragende Cocktails. Es werden kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt und somit konnten wir das Stadtzentrum von Puerto Veijo super erreichen! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vor allem der Bananenkuchen war ein Vergnügen für den Gaumen. Einzige kleine Mankos: Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein und im Badezimmer war ein muffiger Geruch!

Nos hospedamos del 23 al 25 septiembre. Al llegar el chico Ian fue muy amable durante el check-in, nos llevó a nuestra habitación y nos comentó sobre todas las amenidades y facilidades que ofrece el hotel, una vez que llegamos había una sorpresa por el cumpleaños, al siguiente día el desayuno espectacular la verdad es bastante variado el buffet. Hicimos cambio de habitación y nuevamente Ian fue muy amable. Cenamos en el bar de la piscina y la comida estuvo bien!!! El día de nuestra salida nos ofrecieron utilizar las instalaciones para ducharnos y esto es de gran ayuda, ya que habíamos realizado check-out!!! Muchas gracias por el servicio brindado y esperamos regresar pronto!!!

Super schoon en gezellig boutique hotel. Alle medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en altijd bereid je te helpen. Ontbijt was lekker en de service is top. Enige nadeel is dat het wat verder uit het dorp gelegen is, waardoor je afhankelijk bent van een tuktuk, maar dit is eigenlijk geen probleem. Oja, de jacuzzi is een groot pluspunt
