Hotel was nice. Service and people were also nice. Kuber to stay over night. Quick response was available for any of the issue.

The property was well maintained, but there were bed bugs in the bed, which irritated a lot, also if you have a bath tub in the washroom, why won't you allow a customer to use that. H hi should maintain the above maintained things, rest all was good.

Amenities are not good. The room telephone issues. Secondly washroom is not comfortable. Provided small bathtub can not be useful at all. Food quality is medium. External location is terrible.

Location is good and near to the road but its quite old and needs renovation. I had booked lunch/dinner but as i reached late it was not provided next day which was bad

The room was dirty rainwater drained inside the room, bathroom basin was choked. The quality of food was also very poor and unhygienic

Very bad smelling in rooms, i stay one day only, room service is very bad, lift isn’t not working upto 45 minutes, stare case door not open in time, king size bed not comfortable, two single bed attached, between two bed gap, not sleeping properly

The hotel was not maintained properly the curtains were fallen and when i open tap it came into my hand, i called the person at reception but no one came to fix this.

For the price in pune for hotels in that location, the hotel gives adequate services. The room upkeep like electricals and paints have scope for improvement, bed-sheets and room clean, breakfast has average spread and average taste.
