Very loud noise from DJ . Could not sleep till 2 AM. Missed the meeting next day. Complained several times but no use. Complained to the manager , but no response. If you need to sleep well at night, do not stay in this hotel .

Excellent stay. The rooms are fantabulous. Very neat clean and spacious. Thanks to Yogita and Vishwaja for the room upgrade and pampering my little one. The food is very delicious. The spread for breakfast can't be missed out. Eat ur heart out. The staff here is very courteous. Always there to make sure ur comfortable. Thank u Ajay, Rishabh, Abhishek, Prem, Arkansas and Zozo.

The Feast restaurant was simply fabulous. Service, Food, Ambience is a 10/10....Service was excellent and the staff was so warm, welcoming and kind. Mr Saurav and Mr Rishabh at The Feast were very cooperative, prompt and proactive and made sure we had a nice time...Overall a wonderful experience with cherished memories at the Feast restaurant, Sheraton Grand, Pune.

The structure is new and very welcoming, the rooms large corresponding to a 5-star hotel, but the real difference lies in the treatment: punctual, attentive, never intrusive, received by all the hotel staff, at every level. For example, Sakshi took care of everything related to purchasing an Indian SIM (which I recommend, as it is very cheap and has convenient profiles), and gave me constant support for the very first days in Pune. The two restaurants offer high level cuisine; for my personal taste I frequented mainly the one inside (Feast), and I was guided in my choices by Prem, who recommended and explained at every meal the various dishes of local cuisine. Personally, what makes this hotel different from other hotels of the same category is the care of all the staff towards guests. I will definitely come back if I ever pass through Pune again. The only small flaw is the swimming pool on the roof, very small and with an inadequate number of sunbeds (3).

Outstanding infrastructure. Soothing ambiance. Top notch food. Cordial staff. Tailoring support received from Mr. Bhushan (the head chef), Mr. Gangaprasad (the senior sales manager) and Mr. Sarfaraz (the service manager) and Ms. Mansi (the receptionist).

It was a great experience and there was this guy sanjay he was very helpful and really helped us for the food menu and everything overall it was a great experience we also got a complimentary birthday pastry and the food was also delicious and finger licking good

It was a great experience! Food was incredibly tasty and there was a huge variety as well! Sanjay from The Feast made sure that we were comfortable and we also got a lot of complimentary dishes from their side. Overall it was really nice and I would surely recommend it to all!
