The only thing good about the hotel was the mattress was comfortable. The linen was not clean, the cupboard was mouldy, the bathroom stinks like fish all the time, there was someone's footstep in the bathroom, the room was not cleaned properly it looked like there were mouse droppings everywhere.

I had a terrible experience at hotel city air, pune. The rooms were unhygienic and unkempt. Will not recommend and we didn't get a refund either.

Good and nice hotel for family. The only problem is they don't have restarunt. We need to order the food. It will served in room. Remaining all ok.

1. Washroom was stinking like hell i told them to put freshner but they didn't do anything. 2. Service was very poor, whenever you call for a room service they are going to take atleast 30-45min 3. I checked in at around 12noon but the room they had given me somebody was already there in the room. And they took half an hour to pack up their stuffs and till the time i was waiting outside the room 4. Room was not cleaned it seems like the room hasn't been mopped from 9-10 days.
