It’s a quiet and beautiful hotel, the rooms are nice, the beach is beautiful, but be prepared to over expend, the food is ridiculously expensive, they charge 4 times the price of a breakfast vs the same breakfast in the village or at the mall, and lunch, dinner , snacks and beverages are even more expensive..

All arround is good! As the property says, nothing besides the lodging is included, taking that into consideration, i will said that is overrated.

Wonderful staff and excellent service. The guest rooms, pool and beach were absolutely fantastic and the food was top notch!! We can not say enough about this fabulous resort.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, elegant and the customer service is top notch!! I am a big fan of the Hyatt Zyva collection, and i will continue visiting them through out my live's trips!

I booked this as an all inclusive and got there and found out it wasn’t.
They informed us it was changed and ******* really failed me.
I thought I miss read but I met two other families that had the same issue. Was very disappointed to find out we had to spend for all meals.
The staff were very nice.
There was only one restaurant and a little pricey. We didn’t see the 5 restaurants listed

We had a lovely time. We happened to be at the hotel when it was only 1/4 capacity. It was like we had the hotel to ourselves.
Ronald and Ibelio at the pool waited on us and we’re very accommodating and attentive.
Will definitely be back.
Junior and Anthony at the lobby bar we’re great.
Only suggestion would be they need some sort of canopy over part of the pool because there’s no shade and it’s hot!

Everything was amazing I recently stayed at The Westin and could not have been more impressed. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with modern amenities, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view was simply breathtaking. The hotel also has a great restaurant with delicious food, and the pool area is the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend The Westin to anyone looking for an amazing hotel experience. The Daniels family!!!

It is a great place for vacation. Only negative experience was that we didn't get the room with view as advertised. We arrived at 12.30 noon on AA flight, had to wait for hours to get the room,they don't offer early check-in which is not good for the customers. Also,when we ordered food one late night,on 2nd September the restaurant didn't have chicken, they brought the food after an hour delay, one item had beef which we dont eat. Rest was fabulous!
