靠譜不踩雷全包酒店 餐廳裏的飯都不錯
酒店本身很好但通過攜程訂的話不出問題沒事，一出問題就找不到人能幫忙解決了，攜程跟酒店相互踢皮球。比如我們因為航空原因晚到 攜程不給往後延一天入住 等我們到酒店住完走的時候酒店都説如果是直接跟酒店訂的可以給延。攜程不給延期也不給退款

聖誕假期和朋友去的，選擇的理由是這家酒店相對比較新，按照度假酒店的標準，還算是可以的，全包價其實包含的比較少，攜程上寫的許多免費項目，到了酒店都需要自費，服務還是不錯的，酒店的食物也很贊，整體來説除了貴沒毛病

The beach and the swim up room were amazing I loved it . Too bad the water in the jacuzzi was too cold we couldn’t enjoy that much .
Overall the hotel is old , there is not much to do and the food is ok .
We had great time at the breakfast buffet and at the bars , at the beach we were VIP so access to the aqua club with drinks service unlimited, very good drinks and services !
It is a nice place but definitely not a5* and not worth the money we paid .

I enjoyed the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. While the service is generally good, there are inconsistencies. It's an ideal hotel for relaxation (thanks to the amazing beds), but there's limited entertainment.
The dining experience is mixed. The French restaurant is fabulous, the Mexican is good, but the Italian and Asian options are disappointing. The buffet offers variety, though the quality is not top-notch. Room service is satisfactory.
In summary, since the hotel primarily focuses on rest, dining, and drinking, there's room for improvement in the food department to justify the price.

We stayed in the Fuego suite for our honeymoon. Here they greet you with a smile and call you family! The amenities were nice, good drinks and food. Excellent service. Housekeeping kept our room clean. Our butler Jose was wonderful always had strawberries or meat/cheese platter set up after housekeeping. The property is well maintained as was our suite. 10/10 and we hope to be back!

Very nice place, the only disappointment was the all inclusive wine was terrible. Sparkling wine included was 2% Alc (basically sweet grape juice. The red wine was 10% & terrible I wont even mention the white & rose wines.
All other wines on the actual menu started at $100 which I dont mind but if you pay for all inclusive they should give you better wine than which they provided. Also we opted for a swim up room which is not the cheapest & there were no spirits included in the mini bar. Apparently that starts at the next room category up. - good to know! Apart from that everything else is great.
