My family came with our 2 young children and this place was incredible. The staff are so friendly and remember you every day. My kids have decided they want to live here forever. The waterpark was fantastic and the little coffee shop was adorable!

We had a great stay at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana. The beach was beautiful. The pools were great. The grounds were beautiful and immaculate. The staff were the highlight. They were very friendly and went above and beyond at every turn. The waterpark is a little old and in need of some repair but the kids still had fun. It was a great option for something different for an hour or two every couple of days. The food was good and there were many options. The Japanese Restaurant was a highlight. A lot of it has to do with Chef Alberto Kawasaki, he was a lot of fun. Overall not perfect but a great family vacation. The resort was very kid friendly and is a great place for a young family.

Staff were rude. Food was covered in flies and made my son sick. Room smelled terrible and bedding was dirty and stained

The only issue we found was the Italian restaurant for the a la carte was under staffed and took forever to get your meal. They should have booked less tables instead of filling up the restaurant knowing they were understaffed. The beach was amazing and pools and grounds were well kept. Majority of the staff were very pleasant. I would recommend staying at this resort.

We loved our stay, our bed was wet upon arrival from dampness but everything else was great. Our phone also did not work and was not fixed but none the less we enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

We had a great time. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We had stayed at the sirenis in Mexico so decided to try here. Certainly recommend!

The property was awesome! We had one of the best vacations ever. Freyli, Christopher, Andry and Luz went further an beyond to make our family vacations a paradice. Copa rescheduled our flight but Andry and Christopher solve our acomodation in a few minutes, and Luz and Freyli were alwayst on the top of every detail to ensure our trip was perfect. The hotel is beautifull but their staff makes the difference.
