Excelente servicio,ubicación e instalaciones,mini bar pobre, en realidad solo tenia dos botellas de agua,dos cervezas y dos refrescos
La disco y la música solo están abiertos hasta las 2am

Had a great time at the resort! Staff was great. Photographer was great. The cleaning staff were attentive and also brought drinks each day.

My experience was terrible I stayed here for my 30th birthday and what was supposed to be fun turned into a nightmare. My room was 1000 originally then when I get there they try to tell me I had to pay 1500 more on top for my second guest I called ******* paid for the guest with them because it was cheaper thru them the hotel still wanted me to pay the 1500 on top of ******* charging me 400 already for the second guest. I got there 3pm to check in n they refused to let me check in until I paid 1500 I explained I don’t have 1500 to give the manager looked at me and said well call ur family and just walked away I immediately just began to cry from frustration. Eventually I asked them could I just pay for a night for the second guess because it’s already 9pm and they are claiming reservations is closed and they can’t help me until tomorrow. Then two days late my room begun to leak I called front desk several times nothing happened. So my last three days there I stayed in a leaking room with big puddle a and broken shower door…NEVER AGAIN

The resort was beautiful and the staff were friendly and attentive. We didn’t love the Mexican restaurant but everything else we tried was great. Something to note: We did need to find our own transportation to and from the hotel and talixo was fabulous.

The staff was great! Very helpful from the time we got there till the end of our stay.Many activities in the resort.You don't even need to get outside the hotel for anything .

The concept and H10 Plan was a good one... The service exection is bad...administrative staff put all of their mistskes back on the guests to correct. They got iur dates if stay wrong, cut off our access and had us literally running around to fix their mistake between departments.
