They play with the vacation time you have problem with the booking in the only way they fix we pay extra money.

It was great overall. Only thing I did not enjoy was the food. From the buffet to the steakhouse it had 0 taste and on top of that they didn’t have many options.

This was fun for kids but I wasn’t too impressed with the room and room service. Despite having a 24 month old who struggles to climb multiple steps, they thought it was a fantastic idea to put us on the top floor. We struggled to get her up and down in her stroller daily as there’s no elevators in the entire property. Then, our A/C and fridge wasn’t working upon arrival and the room didn’t look fully cleaned… it looked like they gave us a room that wasn’t really ready for anyone. At 11 pm, they replaced the fridge and fixed the A/C (closed the sliding door completely or else the A/C turns off. Likely a cost saving measure but they should turn on the A/C for new guests immediately). It was hot and my baby was sick after the flight so we needed it.
In terms of room, they really provide the bare minimum amenities. They didn’t give us anything for the fridge including water or coffee for 2 days and I almost had the natural water with my medication which is not allowed, because of lack of service. We ended up all getting a bit sick on the trip and having the bare minimum provided didn’t really help (wow, 2 toilet rolls for a week stay and 3 people, 3 towels only for 3 people). I had to via the app request more and then things improved.
The castle and water slides were fun but a bit advanced for my 2-year-old. The beach was about a 10 min walk from where we were, not really steps from the resort. The resort is huge. The food wasn’t great. I likely wouldn’t return.

The staff was amazing. They made it a point to call us by name as we walked around the property. Very accommodating with the our needs.

As someone who has experienced many parts of the world, this is the second resort I have stayed in in Punta Cana. Do not have high expectations about the service. Yes, it is all-inclusive, but first of all, friendliness is expected. Although the food has many options, it is almost the same every day, almost all of the employees are very rude, except for a few people, especially the front office, they do not know how to talk to customers, they are very rude (except Ignocio, Mario, and guest rel. Andreas), when you enter the hotel, you will be told about the hotel in general. , no information is given, as in every hotel, you have the right to 1 a la carte restaurant, if you don't know, you can't go. At the last exit, they gave me a checkout paper and they didn't even say that you have to use it to get your luggage. The hotel is beautiful, the castles look very nice, everything is easily accessible, but there are not many activities for children, although it stands out as a children's hotel, there are limited activities, it has a beautiful beach. You can find it, the cocktails are not successful. There is a damp smell in the rooms, İts not a helpfull otel.

We stayed at Bahia Principe - Fantasia - with my family 18 month old and spouse. We enjoyed our stayed to the fullest. It is kids friendly, multiple activities for kids. The food is great, 10/10 , would go again in the future loved it. Awesome choice

Nice facility. Liked seperared pool from the one for little kids. Cute castles to view and nice food at the buffet. Hard to book special kinds restaurants, but was able to book three other restaurants in the same resort. pre-teens and 8yrs old one enjoyed the stay. The only thing is only a couple of staff speak in English even though there are many travelers from North America. They took my order wrong, and I asked water to two staff but they didn't understand. They only gave attention to people who speak in Spanish and served better while we were seating at the table with no water and dirty plates had been finished at the buffet and restaurants during the stays.
Staff at the desk and guest service speak in English and that was helpful when I need to call someone for outside excursions.
Overall it was nice place to go with kids.
