Wybraliśmy się do hotelu Xaloc Playa na przełomie lipca i sierpnia 2021 r z biura podróży TUI. Jeśli chodzi o hotel, to wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach, nie było nic, co mogłoby nas zaskoczyć na jego niekorzyść. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Na naszą prośbę do pokoju było też wstawione łóżeczko dziecięce, drewniane z ładną dziecięcą pościelą. W pokoju klimatyzacja za dopłatą, 6 euro za dzień, brak lodówki. Dwa baseny, płytszy dla dzieci ma na całej powierzchni głębokość 45 cm, nie ma łagodnego zejścia, jeśli by to interesowało kogoś z mniejszym dzieckiem. Jedzenie smaczne, różnorodne, każdego dnia coś innego (choć wiadomo, że niektóre potrawy się powtarzały). Pieczywo, ciasta i owoce można nakładać samemu, jednak sałatki, wędliny, sery i ciepłe potrawy nakładane są przez osobę z obsługi. Napoje do kolacji dodatkowo płatne, woda 2 euro, piwo 3 euro. Widać, że obsługa głównie nastawiona jest na klientów angielskich i niemieckich, którzy biesiadują przy kolacji i kupują jedno piwo czy butelkę wina za drugą. Odczuliśmy to, ponieważ Pan z obsługi trzeciego dnia przestał po prostu do nas podchodzić z pytaniem czy chcemy zamówić coś do picia, co uważam było mocno nie na miejscu. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna, bez problemu można wszystko załatwić. My za ich pomocą zamawialiśmy taksówkę na lotnisko (ponieważ transfer TUI nie przyjechał po prostu) oraz umawialiśmy testy covid przed wylotem do Polski. Plaża bardzo blisko hotelu, dosłownie po drugiej stronie ulicy. Woda raz czysta, raz trochę mniej w zależności od przypływów i odpływów, ale plaża utrzymana ładnie, z natryskami i ratownikiem. Zaraz przy hotelu autobus do Mahon (1,75 euro za bilet) i jedzie 20 minut, za każdym razem punktualny. Za taksówkę na lotnisko zapłaciliśmy 20 euro. Ogólnie hotel polecamy osobom chcącym odpocząć od zgiełku, nie ma tam animacji ani głośnej muzyki wieczorami.

Lovely hotel in a quiet resort. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice poolside, never too crowded. Buffet breakfast and dinner were both very nice. Good selection and hot fresh food. A little crowded at initial meal time, but we always got a table. Not much traffic to disturb us around the area. A few restaurants and supermarkets very near, although we only needed lunch time snacks from supermarkets. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach. Watch the sun rise and then go for breakfast!

Lovely hotel, very clean, right beside a small lovely beach, food good, excellent staff , The hotel is in a quiet area but everything is there for a nice break.I & my wife would also like to thank the staff for the help they gave us, thank you.

We arrived late as our flight was delayed and the dining room was closed. We were expecting to head out to eat but the staff, realising we would miss dinner, had put some food aside for us. We had a large plate of salad, cooked meat and cheeses, bread and a selection of fruit. Fantastic. Loved the hotel, daily cleaning making the beds, mopping the floors and replacing the towels. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. We stayed for the last week of the season and although the number of guests were reducing there was no change in the variety or quantity of food available. We will be going back next year.

Loved this hotel and can’t understand why it doesn’t have higher stars! Staff went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and make us happy. Food was lovely which was a bonus so we didn’t need to eat out much. We toured most of the island on a moped and our location was by far the nicest. Stones throw from the best beach in menorca. We will be back next year!

Overall a very good Hotel. I agree with other reviewers that the staff really make this place. Rooms comfortable and quite clean, air con was quiet and very efficient. The pool is a good size. The food overall is above average, and was always warm/hot, which is very good. Very quiet resort, with limited restaurants/shops which may not suit everyone. Car hire recommended. Beach and pool with nothing much else to do. We probably wouldn't go back for that reason.

Our 4th visit to Hotel Xaloc - says it all. The hotel is very clean, tidy, and the staff are so friendly. A nice quiet resort - which is what we like. The beach is across the road from hotel too which is handy. Restaurants & supermarkets close by too.

Lovely hotel in a lovely position close to the beach. We stayed in a bungalow and all was fine in it. Breakfast was 100%. The water park was nearby just about within walking distance. Punta prima is within easy range of airport and we just used public taxis. Staff were all very nice in the hotel. Certainly would return.

Excellent location just meters from the beach. Easy walks along the coast to nearby resorts. Bus stop next to the hotel and twenty minutes to Mahon. Hotel is very clean, great and helpful staff, good food, absolutely great value for money. A bit quiet as is punta prima but we had a great and relaxing break. Would happily come back again.
