Narmada Bhawan

Bathroom not maintained, flush broken, poor in cleanliness. Room intercom not working. The transport facilities to the hotel are very bad. Nearer to jagannath puri temple but no vehicle is ready to go to the hotel. 1st experience with make my trip is not good.

I have booked this hotel for 2 days. When i reached hotel on night. There no one in reception and 13 to 14 years boys is there. He called to anyone and ask the room key and he didn't check any i'd proof. After shifting in room there r dirty pillow and no blanket available. That night i have managed but next day morning i m going to temple for darshan but my room door not getting locked. I complained about this but no one responded. Witout locked i have went to temple without locking my door.

Everything was good except for wifi was not working even after telling the manager multiple number of times.

It was very bad room were dusty no foot mats were outside of bathroom. Worst worst. I don’t know how it can cost upto 2000 make my trip you should take action.

Narrow path, water problem and no any staff communicate with me regarding location of hotel & no talk politely.

Service was nice, staff are helpful and polite. Location was great. "it was a pleasure having as a guest. They were kind, communicative, and thorough in their cleaning of the unit. I would have no issues with having them back as guests.

Hotel good but road connectivity to narmada bhawan very poor. Very narrow road. Over all hotel is good.

I was bit apprehensive before staying in the hotel but after staying a worst hotel ( jayshree hotel) i decided to stay in the hotel last day of my trip. It was one day stay and the experience i received is good. I already went through mixed reviews on the hotel but my stay was good with few cons. Pros: rooms are big, airy and spacious. Neat and clean. Staff behaviors' also good. Bathroom has geyser and clean sanitary. Its just beside gambhira ( famous place of mahaprabhu chaitanya) near around many food shops, medicines, grocery shops are there its situated at balusahi, famous sweets making place. 5 mins walking distance from mandir and 15-17 mins walking distance from swargadwar. Circumstance of the hotel is good meaning not noisy and crowded like other places cons : if you are coming with baby and for preparing food you need hot water then you will not get service because the hotel does not have resturent. Sometime communication is bit difficults from the place as situated bit inside from famous location. Lots of auto and totowala's does not want to come, even though they will come with bit higher prices. Overall i perceived good experience throughout my stay.

Experience was okay. The property location is good like it’s near to shree mandir as well as beach. Service was not average could be improved.
