Stayed for 2 days in a suite with pool view..Booked through agoda and turned out to be a nightmare-i will never use agoda at all from today. check in was pretty late at night from Ajmer station.Car was booked prior by hotel -1050INR.Driver was rude in talking and in my opinion, needs to improve his etiquette a lot.its better to book a taxi from station -plenty of options even at late night and costs half of above. Front desk staff Lalchan was very helpful throughout.I asked for a priest to arrange the next day and it was properly addressed. room was spacious but not to the level i expected.Lots of issues for a foreign traveller.No cardless entry,shower hasnt got good water flow,no international socket for charging,towels were pretty in bad shape,even we asked for bottled water as hotel usually provides filtered water,in room safe was pretty old model and was difficult to operate,bidget in the toilet wasnt working well. Lobby is spacious and good arrangement for seating.However lobby washroom hasnt got any hand dryer and poor lighting,congested toilet.handtowels and trash bins were not properly placed. ground floor has got a restaurant.Basic indian veg options available.Staffs were good,specially Lalit who helped and took very good care. swimming pool is not that deep.arrangement around the pool area is adequate. Hotel is clean though overall. i saw the hotel owners at the lobby during check out but surprisingly enough,didnt say HI or smile to the guests which is considered very rude to a foreign traveller. overall an average stay and not a good value for money.only positives-Good staffs and clean but lacks a lot of amenities.atleast,the suites should require a lot of improvements to consider.
