Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Mooi Veluwe

首先這個酒店衹訂了一個晚上，經過跟前台一番周折後，終於可以拿回屬於我們預訂的房型，前台也幫忙升級了房間；因為攜帶的行李箱多不方便，再繼續訂了兩個晚上，就換了雙人標間，發現枕頭套有幾根黑頭髮，廁所沖水按鈕用不了，前台説會叫人過來修，等了一個多小時都沒有維修的工人過來，我先生接受不了，浪費我們時間，他就去跟前台爭議，然後又給我們換了一個最好的房間，整體乾淨，房間空間足夠大，但是我發現有咖啡粉，沒有咖啡機，沒有風筒，燒熱水器是壞的，服務員又過來解決，感覺這個酒店丟三落四的，總感覺缺點什麼，每樣事情都要我們極力爭取才有。

We stayed for a night in this hotel to discover the beautiful area and enjoy the surrounding. The hotel is clean, well decorated and warm full. The personal is very friendly and helpful. there are available options such as sauna, bike renting ... that are very welcome. The restaurant and the bar are great and food/drinks are of high quality. the food offering is large enough to satisfy all needs and flavors at a reasonable cost. The rooms are well furbished, clean and bedding was of good quality. The element that was really not at all acceptable and very disappointing is the bathroom ... this is just not a bathroom at all as per the pictures. there is not even a decent sink. This was toilets with a shower and this was really not adequate for an hotel room of this level. There was not even any heating in the bathroom and not even a towel warming so that towels were humid and moist on the next day. When we entered the room, the heating was set to zero although we are still in winter. Needless to say, it was really cold and it took several hours for the room to heat up. Very unprofessional. Next time, if any, I will ensure the hotel management will provide a room with a decent bathroom and if none, I'll select an other hotel. Besides this, the stay would have been OK.

This hotel is unethical if possible book any other hotel. I made a reservation at ********** to stay at this hotel from Friday the 15th of April till Monday the 18th of the same month. One day before, I asked an agent of ********** if I could have an additional bed because a friend was coming, and the agent took note and supposedly sent a message to the hotel requesting an additional bed. The following day, I arrive to the hotel and not only did they not have an additional bad, but they said they never received a message from one of the agent of **********, but that they were sorry and my friend couldn’t stay because the room was very small and it was against fire regulation policy. The agent at the desk was very polite and was trying to help me find other hotels, and she said that it did not depend on the hotel but on the ********** application to make the charge and that so far there was no charge. I was able to find another hotel. A few days later I found out that the hotel charged me the full stay, and that they are the ones that are denying the refund but they never stated that there’s a fire hazard. And even the agent who attended me said that it depended on ********** to make the charge and not at the hotel so I will definitely be very careful about putting my money on a hotel like this.
