We did not get the room that was booked. Upon arrival I was told the only room available was for hearing impaired. The mattresses were low and very saggy. The room was ok but nothing to return to.

Hotel is nice and clean. I had two bad nights because my neighbors were watching the television very loud till at least 12:30 am both nights. I am pretty sure the interior walls have no insulation/sound barrier. Definitly will chose other hotels in the area moving forward.

Upon late arrival the room we reserved was waiting for us. Great desk people! Breakfast was the best. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.

The room was clean and nice. But RIGHT on the highway so very loud.
Somehow we got marked down for a handicap only room and couldnt be moved which is kinda ******. For breakfast they didnt really have many options. They only had bacon no other meat options at all.
Check in and out was great.
The staff was great.
The rooms was clean and spacious.
If i was in the area I'd stay again.

Cold in dining area. Food was also cold, Room was set to 65 degrees so also cold but we could fix that. All in all not very comfortable.

Not what I have come to expect from a Fairfield property. Run down, and unfriendly staff. I would pass on this property.
