In the quiet of the forest,with friendly staff, big and well maintained rooms, and an enormous swimming pool, this hotel was a treat. We stayezan extra night as for us, not interested in dangerous sports, there is so much more to see in Puyo than in Banos....although Banos is much better known for tourists. its easy to get to, just out of the city, but frankly you can have a cocktail and eat, and it's a complete break. highly recommended.

Un hermoso y acogedor lugar para hospedarse con la familia y sobre todo con niños, el personal muy atento y cordial, las piscinas funcionan hasta las 11 de la noche, además nos ofrecen spa shamanico. Realmente me encantó, la próxima vez volveremos a este lugar . La comida deliciosa

Excelente servicio, felicitaciones al personal, la atención, la comida, la habitación y en general las habitaciones me encantaron, tomamos un tour a la selva que incluía muchas actividades la pasamos genial, sin duda volveremos

Es un sitio agradable, con servicio de piscina, sauna, hidromasaje, además cuenta con una piscina pequeña de aguas termales. Las cabañas tienen una vista hermosa del poblado aunque están más alejadas del área recreativa. Como viajamos con niños, fue muy conveniente hospedarnos aquí por los servicios y por la ubicación ya que se encuentra al lado de otros sitios turísticos para niños como la fábrica de chocolate y la aldea mágica.
