Please do not go to this hotel. Me, my partner and our two other friends had an awful experience here. Let me list all the issues I have with the place to give some background on why I am giving them such a bad review:
1 - During the night the air conditioner started leaking and it was right above where I was sleeping. It woke me up by leaking on to my face multiple times and also made a huge puddle on the bed. I then had to move the mattress so me and my partner could sleep away from the mess it had made. I also had to use towels to soak up the leak and block the Air conditioner to stop it from leaking more (See pictures).
2 - When me and my partner went down to complain the next day the man who was managing the office said they would do nothing. He didn't even apologise. He then turned to his colleague and asked about the leak. His colleague said he knew about the leak but nobody did anything because they weren't expecting anybody to use the air conditioner. They told us we shouldn't have used the air conditioner. We didn't use it. I accidentally turned it on instead of the TV at one point but it was on for less than a minute before I turned it off.
3 - People unlocked our door and came in to our room 3 times throughout the morning before realising there were people still in the room. They woke us up on several occasions. I assumed it was cleaners as the door was locked so they needed to know how to access the room. However, when me and my partner asked the man managing the desk - he said he knew nothing about this and again didn't apologise.
4 - I booked a 2nd room for another 2 people. They also had some problems in their own room. Their bath tub had some brown stains in it and it stank (See pictures) and they asked to move room. The person managing the desk refused to let them change rooms and also didn't even apologise.
5 - When I mentioned the problems to trip.com they contacted the Hotel themselves to see if the Hotel could give us at least a partial refund and here was the response I got:
"Greeting from Trip.com!
Thanks for your proof, for your request on full refund or half refund, I tried to provide all proof which you provided to our supplier and explained the situation to our supplier. I just got the update from our supplier. Unfortunately, our supplier said hotel staff can not accept and recognize the guest's complaint and rejected to refund any room fee.
That's definitely not what we expect to happen, and I'm sorry for the inconveniences caused."
6 - Even after contacting trip.com to get them to deal directly with the hotel, the hotel has not only refused to offer a partial refund but has STILL refused to acknowledge any mistakes on their part or apologise. If they had at least accepted that they had some issues regarding hotel management then perhaps I would not be writing such a brutal review for them right now. At least it would have reassured me that despite the issues, they would aim to improve their services in the future. Unfortunately, their complete lack of any remorse and their refusal to take any responsibility for their poor service has led to me posting this lengthy rant. Hopefully I can at least encourage others in the future to stay away from this hotel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
This is the worst experience I have ever experience in any hotel EVER and consequently this is also by the far the worst review I have ever given.
In Summary:
Cleanliness - 1/5 due to soaked bedding and dirty bathtubs.
Service - 1/5 due to the poor service as I detailed above.
Facilities - 1/5 due to the bath and air-conditioners not being very usable.
Location - 3/5 I had some problems finding the hotel because it didn't show up on Google Maps but other than that, the location itself was fine.
