Service is great.
They charged me $150.2 for valet parking after I checked out.But nobody told us they were charging extra fee for valet parking. When we asked where is parking lot the doorman just said leave key to me.This is ridiculous.

Stayed 2 nights, location was not bad, more quieter in comparison to CBD area and Pitt Street. Staff explained a lot during check-in. It is a nice place to stay if you have plans for watching the performance or ********. Great restaurants nearby and the food court downstairs is packed. There’s a Coles just across the street so you can also pick up some groceries easily.

Nice place to stay in… the outdoor pool although heated is cold thou… the room n bed is comfortable. Place is convenient and there is a LRT stop to the hotel.

Only downside was there was mould in the shower and water pressure wasn't great other than that it was fantastic

Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing hotel! So glad we decided to stay at The Darling for our anniversary and we’d for sure stay there again!
