Расположение не очень удобное до центра далеко а это затраты на такси. Еда однообразная. Спасает аква парк и внутренний ресторан. Был 5 ночей на 4 ночь начал капать потолок проблему не решили. Интернет перебоями работал. Бар с коктейлями на 100%. Ставлю 4 из 5. На 5 звёзд не катит.

Spędziłyśmy wspaniały tydzień na początku lutego. Hotel wart 5 gwiazdek. Obsługa wspaniała, ale największe podziękowania należą się dla Romany z Lobby Bar. Zawsze uśmiechnięty i czujny na potrzeby gości :) Basen duży, bardzo dużo leżaków, których nikt nie rezerwował sobie od samego rana. Jedzenie przepyszne z ogromnym wyborem dań - nawet najbardziej wybredne osoby znajdą coś dla siebie. Mięsa z grilla mistrzostwo! Pokój przestronny i codziennie sprzątany - pierwszego dnia miałyśmy problem z ciepłą wodą, ale po zgłoszeniu tego w Recepcji od razu zaproponowano nam zmianę pokoju. Piękna rafa z ogromem kolorowych rybek :) no i ten widok na Synai bezcenny. Jeśli będziemy szukać kolejny raz miejsca na szybki trip w Egipcie to na pewno wrócimy tutaj.

Nie polecam wakacji w tym hotelu, hotel oszczedza na wszystkim jedzenie w wiekoszsci okropne, w hotelu sami Ukraicy i Egipcjanie. Wybralismy hotel na tygodniowy pobyt, ze wzgledu na dobre opinie, lecz opinie sa wystawiane przez miejscowych!! Stan łazienek w pokojach tragiczny. Alkochol bardzo slaby, rozcieczany. Bardzo malo owocow, caly czas jedynie pomarancze jablka daktyle i melony. Arbuz ekstraplatny. Reczniki plazowe jedynie u sprzatacza do wymiany. Obsluga malo co rozumie po Angielsku, tylko po rusku ciagle. Hotel napewno nie zasluguje na 5* odradzam komukolwiek pobyt w tym hotelu, byl to moj 6 raz, i najgorszy.

Hi stayed here in june23 ,and dec23,the staff here are amazing they work so hard ,especially Hossian who worked in buffet restaurant, aswell as the French al a carte ,he made our holiday Rommany,from lobby bar who kept the drinks coming and chattered to us all the time,(congratulations to him as he got married),Ahamad from the beach ,who did us wonderful towel arts whislt we went swimming ,also replenished drinks through out day The managers who invited us most nights to eat in the different al a carte restaurants also went out of way to speak to us daily ,and last thing at night. My only complaint would be when we came back in Dec 23 the room we were in wasnt the best curtains ripped hanging off windows,nets grey and full of holes,bed and bedding not white or changed,bathroom old ,tired looking and not very clean ,but as we dont spend that much time in there we didnt complain ,but suppose we should of ,but that said we loved it here and look forward to visiting again soon Thankyou to all

All was excellent! Hotel stuff was wonderful! Staff looked after the wellbeing of customers.I will definitly go back to this place again.A big choice of food each time you eat.Food and drinks are very delicious.Outside the hotel, a wonderful beach.Beautiful area cleaned up around.

Best Hotel we ever stayed we stayed in beach view sea view and we so expressed with view the beach is beautiful perfect food is lovely drinks are good not watered down has beautiful pools fantastic waterpark for children we will be definitely going back .

Absolutely awful experience! Most of the staff are not fit to work there! Rude, careless, don’t understand English properly. The manager of the restaurant very unfriendly and hostile attitude. Food is absolutely awful!! My kids ate nothing! Dirty and most things deep fried and total lack of hygiene. There is absolutely NO health and safety!!

I really didn’t like this holiday I felt like I needed another holiday after and I put that down to the staff!! The food was ok and the manager came over asking to check that people were happy and my partner is so fussy so they got the chef to make him beef burgers which were so fresh and he loved! For me the food was fine not amazing but fine there was always something different for me to have which I was happy about. All inclusive does not allow wine outside which is what I drink mostly so that wasn’t great for me but there has to be some rules as otherwise I would be paralytic by lunch time 🤣 Now the main thing that ruined my holiday was the animation team! I spend all day everyday with customers so when I come on holiday I just want to relax with a drink around the pool is that too much to ask? Yet after the 1000th time saying no to the animation team they do not get the hint and still come and pester us every single day to do sports and even call us boring!! No I’m not boring but I have paid alot of money to relax in peace in my own space and don’t need to constantly be hounded by the animation team and people selling trips etc. if we say no the first time take that as a hint to f*ck off! If we want something we will come to you!! Because of this we will NEVER be back and mainly because of a certain member of staff!!

Booked for one week with all inclusive service I was impressed by the attitude of the employee. Very good service, with special compliments to the restaurant manager who is putting efforts together in order to make the quests be satisfy. A big plus is the diversity of the food (options for special needs are available) the complex is very well kept, room ok, a la carte restaurants available for 2 books. Some of them located in the others hotels from the big complex. Club resort guests with all inclusive service can use facilities from another hotels. The entertainment team quite active, shows and activities during the day. Regarding the lobby bat some evenings with non alcoholic smoothie s but alcoholic drinks aren't what they are suppose to be, even if is local. The hotel has also a farmacy, ATM machine and some shopping center. The prices are bigger than normal shopping area., Different pools for kids and adults, the beach has sunbeds, also an area for snorkeling. I highly recommend this hotel.
