Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, bardzo blisko Placu Czwartego Maja, dogodny transport.Obsługa od concierge do recepcji bardzo ciepła.Pobyt na 75 piętrze, widok na morze niezwyciężony, 2 okna w pokoju wychodzą na morze, świetnie!

Zabrałem moje dzieci do odprawy pod koniec sierpnia. To było wspaniałe doświadczenie. Bardzo dziękuję Belli Song w recepcji. Była entuzjastyczna i proaktywna. Nie mogłem znaleźć mojego dowodu osobistego, kiedy się zameldowałem aby mi przypomnieć, żebym się nie martwił. Czułem się bardzo komfortowo. Ale obsługa lokaja wymaga poprawy...

The service was impeccable! We were greeted on our first day of stay by Eva who is the butler taking care of us. We are introduced in detail of the facilities as well as tourist attraction recommendations, which are really useful! Drinks are offered complementary 24 hours! The room has a nice seaview and a view of the Western-style Badaguan houses. The breakfast buffet was superb offering a wide choice of Chinese and Western foods, with a nice sea view from the restaurant. I will definitely visit again and thank you Eva for the great service!

I visited Qingdao for my wife birthday trip and stayed at the hotel in St. Regis Qingdao for one night. I felt very good with the kind hospitality of the staff from the moment I arrived at the hotel. When I arrived at the lobby, I was informed of the room by the staff Ms. Eva. She was very kind and the service was very good. She prepared tea and cake for my wife for her birthday and informed me of the information needed to use the hotel. We were very surprised and touched by her service. I would like to thank the hotel staff Ms. Eva, for her help in the condition of the room and the birthday event. I look forward to seeing you again next time! Thank you very much. Ms. Eva :)

During my recent hotel stay, I had an overall enjoyable experience, despite encountering some minor issues with furniture, mismanagement, hygiene, and crowd control. However, the positive attitude displayed by the staff truly made a difference and contributed to a pleasant stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit again. I am grateful for the helpfulness of the manager and his team, even though I unfortunately cannot recall their names.
