🏨 The hotel is large, the rooms are spacious, it's in a great location, and the breakfast offers plenty of variety. The staff provide excellent service, though the cleanliness could use some improvement.

Dość przyjemny pobyt. Krótki spacer do metra i plaży. Kilka restauracji i centrum handlowe w okolicy. Personel był przyjazny. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie. Łóżka były wygodne, a hałas na zewnątrz pokoju był minimalny. Pokoje mają centralne ogrzewanie, ale była to komfortowa temperatura. Moim jedynym problemem był widok z pokoju. Widok był tylko na dach budynku i kilka wieżowców w oddali.

The location is good, which is in the laoshan district, half an hour driving from qingdao north railway station. Took the whole family to the polar ocean park. By the way, the ocean park is a must visit. We can see both the polar bear and the penguins, as well as the dolphin/ whale/ seal performance. Cleaning service is satisfactory. Thanks to “张冬梅” who provided high standard service and gave us extra drinks. We request kids slippers on the first night and then the second day we found out both kids slippers and tooth brush are in the room. Very proactive

It was a truly wonderful experience, and if I ever go back to Qingdao, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The price is very reasonable and absolutely fair for the quality of service they provide. The room was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and had a stunning seaside view. It was much larger than expected. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering both Western options and traditional Chinese dishes. The breakfast restaurant itself is also very beautiful and pleasant. The hotel also has a 24-hour restaurant where you can order at any time, and the room service is impeccable. I ordered a burger, which was large, delicious, and very well priced—only 68 RMB for such a generous portion. The food was delivered within 20 minutes. I also tried their minestrone soup, which was excellent. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, the beauty of the hotel, and the overall experience. Every time I visit Qingdao, I am sure this will be my hotel of choice.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and from check-in to the end of my stay, everything was amazing. The 270-degree room was exactly what I wanted and more. The view was superb and honestly unforgettable. The birthday touches really made me feel special. I received a cake, fresh fruits, a lion mascot and even the bed sheets were decorated with a “Happy Birthday” message. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of Western options and the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely courteous throughout my stay. Special thanks to Nora, who checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. This hotel truly delivers luxury and a premium experience. If you’re visiting Qingdao, it’s an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.

Staying here for 3 nights. it is very convenient that it's above the metro station and beside shopping mall. The room conditions are normal and the most impressed is the front desk personnel 彬彬. His service and kindness of changing our room from 6th.flr to 10th.flr on the 2nd. day after we found that the first night was very noisy because the room facing highway. Breakfast was not as good as described by some reviews. Overall is just fine to stay because of it it's location.

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was professional. It's convenient to get around from this location, and the value for money is good, making it very suitable for business travel.
