The camp was really amazing, the service was literally a 10. We had a problem and they helped us and solved it in an instant. We recommend everyone to come and checkout this camp, you will not regret it. Also, they have all kinds of tours and spectacles.

As l type we’re driving away from Wadi Rum and lm feeling a little sad - we had an exceptional few hours there. We were greeted warmly on our arrival at the camp and shown to our rooms which had everything that we needed - the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, big, comfy bed, lovely traditional furniture and decorations. We then had a 3 hour jeep safari which was incredible, exhilarating, stunning (the list could go on!) - E-Ab (our driver) was great, he kept us entertained and made us feel safe. We stopped for camels, Bedouin tea and music, Lawrence’s (of Arabia) cave, to see the different sand colours, the site of the filming of the Martian and then the finale was the sunset - so beautiful. We were the only group in the camp and felt so spoilt. Our food was traditionally prepared and served to us - it was scrummy! Then came our other highlight ……laying out under the stars. Total darkness except for the fire burning, drinking Bedouin tea, one of the team pointing out constellations to us, catching shooting stars, seeing the Milky Way - there really aren’t the words to describe how special it was. The team at the camp looked after us so well, l really couldn’t fault a thing - thank you.

This camp was advertised as a luxury clamping experience for small groups that is rubbish. Significant health and safety issues abound. Was advertised as small. 300 people were there the night I was there. Rooms are ok but not special. Food was ok but big buffet hall style so oversold. It spoilt my my experience

I had an incredible stay at this camp! The entire place is spotless, and you’ll find everything you need right at your fingertips. The rooms are well-equipped with beautiful furniture, and having the toilets inside the room is such a convenience. The food was absolutely delicious. The manager, Salim, is not just friendly but also extremely helpful. The camp is perfectly situated for stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset, and the setup is beautiful and inviting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

What an amazing experience! We had the best first time at wadi rum and so happy that it was at mazayen camp. Salim, Abu mohd, did an incredible job making our stay memorable and catered to all of our needs. I don’t know where he gets the energy but this guy was everywhere and paid special attention to my mobility-disabled mother. His staff are incredible and if you’re looking for an authentic but comfortable experience, look no more, choose mazayen.

Our stay in Mazayen Rum Camp was amazing!!! The staff were really friendly , the accommodation was nice too and the food was delicious. The light show at night is one of the experience that you must have one time in your life. I definitely recommend this place in Wadi Rum

Stayed one night as part of our tour of Jordan. We stayed in a tent & arrived mid afternoon & enjoyed our picnic lunch on the porch. Our room, 140, was spacious & comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was a little tired but perfectly adequate. Dinner & breakfast was very good & we thoroughly enjoyed all the food. We had a 2 hour jeep tour which took in some sites & ended with watching the sunset but you could just as easily climbed a small sand dune at the camp to catch the sunset there. All staff, especially the manager, were friendly, professional & efficient. Highly recommend.

Very clean rooms/ bathrooms, delicious food, excellent guides and staff members who are extremely welcoming and easygoing. Overall a pleasant trip! Amazing experience would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone looking on going to an excursion to Wadi Rum.

The staff is immediately welcoming and gives you the best experience. The rooms are amazing and comfortable. There is a nice jacuzzi outside. The food was delicious and when I went they had a fun party after dinner with music and dancing. Best experience in Jordan!!! I highly recommend going on a tour around Wadi Rum once you check in - it’s very fun on the cars!
