Despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!
Excellent location! 2 mins walk to the closest attraction, the national assembly building

Location is excellent, near to old Quebec. But cleanliness has to be improved. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. The room is near to the elevator and was so noisy in the morning.

Closed to subway station but not major attractions. Checking in took too long (we wait up for about 30 mins). Travelling in a grp of three but was offered a king bed room… Fortunately only staying for one night

The location of the hotel is perfect for tourist as well as convention. The facilities are sufficient and modern even though are in a city full of heritage building. The concierge service is the best since the bell captain gave us great advice on where to go for a short afternoon. We enjoy it so much!

房間雖然不新，但是還是很乾凈衞生的～服務人員態度也很好，有什麼需求都回應的很快！酒店游泳池也是正常開放

房間滿意，一家三口入住，寬敞。 房間內沒有保險箱，需要放在前台的保險箱內。早餐是半自助，環境舒適，服務周到。

酒店位置一般，離老城有點距離，步行需要十幾分鍾。酒店前台在三樓。房間不大，但是還比較乾淨，該有的設施都有，有咖啡機和微波爐。酒店有點老了。旁邊的希爾頓要好些，當然價格也不一樣。不到1000元的價位，性價比不錯了。魁北克城是真的冷，風大。
