Excellent location, close to Gare du palais and good bus service nearby to old Quebec. Very spacious and comfortable accomodation. Full facilities. Lots of cafes and reasonable restaurants nearby. Also close to supermarket. Excellent for family or 2 couples

We really liked our stay. There were many pluses to this location and just a couples of areas to improve. We loved the spaciousness of our apar**ent. Very large bedroom and even larger living room and dinning. The kitchen was perfect. Just the coffee carafe was missing. And we had trouble connecting with Netflix. We loved having the grocery store a block away and the pharmacy 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area as well. We absolutely loved the walk by the close by river and the proximity to the old town area. We would stay here again.

Very spacious, clean, & spacious space.
Kitchen has all basic utensils & cooking needs.
Beautifully decorated. Very happy with my stay. Would stay again & recommend to others.

Overall, great location and the property is excellent. At night time, it is very loud and noisy due to the neighboring bars. We could not sleep especially after being tired sightseeing all day.

Communication with staff was very good. Early check in was not available due to high season which is understandable but they responded to my requests quickly! The location was very close to the train station and cafes, restaurants and groceries were right outside the door. The loft was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!
