Belle hotel. Salle de bain n’est pas au gout du jour mais reste de la chambre super beau. Nous avons adoré et retournera dans cette hotel certainement.

Love the tropical theme if this hotel, was very clean, the restaurant was great for supper, albeit slighly pricey. Breakfast wasnt worth what we paid, especially for a family of 5. The wait staff at the restaurant however was excellent. The kids loved the pool. I think the Murphy bed that our kids shared was more comfortable than our queen bed, were hopinh for a cot but there weren't any available

The staff at the reception, the bar and the restaurant were very friendly…
The pool and the spa were not clean…
We had no room service in 4 days, ran out of toilet paper… the water pipes are very very noisy, making big bangs in the walls, it woke us up in the night because of the neighbours having shower…

The hotel amenities were nice, specially the restaurant and its staff. In the bedroom the bathtub was really old, with dirty tiles. Towels were clean but ripped with holes on them. Room service was really bad, it took them two days to deliver us new towels after calling to request. It’s a shame, because the hotel was a nice place to stay, specially for families, but it definetely needs some love.

The second night stay the room was not cleaned and had to call to have some clean towels. The bed was not comfortable. The room was too close to the entrance where people enter for diner and music, maybe it's just us but it was disturbing when we were sitting on the balcony. Next time I will make sure not to have that room....lol.. The ambiance is very nice, nice live band, good music.
