房間温馨，帶陽台能直接望湖，早上睡醒就可以看到湖和雪山（剛好下雪了哈）

首先要肯定是，景色和地理位置是真的非常nice，料理台提供餐具，食用油，鹽和胡椒粉，但是由於料理台和房間是聯通的，4天住下來，房間空氣味道就不是很好了，客房服務需要你電子郵件預約，如果不叫，房間是不會每天都有人打掃的。民宿客棧，自助入住，沒有前台，可自助還卡，最後一天中午11點卡自動失效，無法打開房門。

皇后鎮衹要不是旺季去，就都還不錯。服務一般般，不是非常responsive，設施的話沒有烤箱，衹有公用洗衣機。不過話又説回來，在皇后鎮有一間臨湖的房間，居然還有兩張床，還有什麼更多的要求呢？

Very beautiful and convenient apartment. Although there is no manager on site but the communication was easy.
Nice view at the lake and everything is walking distance. Will stay there again if we have chance to go back.

My partner and I stayed at Queenstown House Luxury Apartments for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it! Our apartment had plenty of space, a perfect little kitchen with all that you need to feel right at home, very comfortable bed, it was super clean and had a location and view that could not be beat! We had travelled from Canada and it was our first time in Queenstown and we are so happy that we we chose to stay at this aparthotel! It was just perfect! We would definitely recommend staying there to other travelers!

Pity about the construction work next door that is continuing into 2025. When we stayed there were jack hammers operating between 8am and 5pn daily only a few metres from our apartment. Disappointing that management did not advise us nor the travel agent at the time of booking. This spoiled an otherwise great stay in Queenstown.

We were blown away by the accommodation - lovely apartment with large windows overlooking the lake very close to the centre of Queenstown and all amenities. Room was well planned and fitted out and food provisions for breakfast were excellent. Washing machine and dryer were also very useful ( and well used!) during our stay.

Excellent quality and thoughtfulness in all details throughout the studio. Lovely view of the lake and the Remarkable mountains. Appreciate laundry availability and included in the price. Easy access to downtown by foot and parking if you have a car. we stayed in the middle room on the second floor. I like to sleep with windows open, which was loud due to road traffic and people walking by on the sidewalk. I used earplugs and the noise issue was resolved.
