La habitación es adecuada, con vista al patio. Un poco ruidoso desde temprano. Excelente terraza para descansar y mirar Querétaro.

I've been a frequent client and overall it had been nice until my husband and I noticied staff going into our room.Our last stay was horrible with the constant harrasing of staff,very disappointed.

Everything was great. The only downside was the 500 peso deposit.

When I booked everything seemed right. When we arrived by taxi we couldnot see any hotel. But we were at the right address. The driver told me that some properties were hidding the fact that they are actually a hotel to avoid paying taxes. The facade certainly looked like one of those. It is a painted wall with a solid gate and nothing else.Upon arriving there is this big patio and the building in the back. Staff seemed courteous. As we arrived early I asked to see the room and it was clean and unoccupied. Very small. The closet area was wasted with dishes for 4 people that could never fit to eat there, I asked the man who took us to the room to please take all those dishes away. On top of that there was a microwave over and a coffee maker on a top shelf. That was so ridiculous. We were in the construction industry nadhave designed several buildings. I looked at the situation and the space for clthing and suitcases was precisely where they so wrongly tried to make an eating area and a ktichenette. There was instead an upper rack with 4 hangers, that was the only area for your clothes and nothing for your suitcases. The hardware for the door is very modern with numbers to open. The floors and bathroom features are new and modern.The sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom had a shower and toilet. There were 2 beds and hardly any room around each bed. As a result we had no room to place an open suitcase. We had 2 and a carry-on as we were travelling for 2 planned months. I basically had one suitcase on the bed and the other one on the floor. But if I wanted to be on the other side of that bed I had to climb the bed. The view from the room was the roof of other properties. There were death plants in the planters in the exterior. I had to make many calls to make sure that was cancelled with a full refund except for the one night we spent there. When we arrived the staff was told not to let us in the room until pass 3:00 p.m. although the room was ready an unoccupied. We had arrived from Medellin Colombia, we were tired. One guest owned a small dog that kept of barking. That was definetely in the hotel. It does have an elevator thanks God. I did not have a chance to take pictures of the room because I was too busy buying a SIM card for my cell and making calls to demand a cancellation of the reservation and a full refund -with the exception on the one night- and looking for antoher hotel to stay.

No muy grato, para empezar hay muchos moscos, y no tienen clima así que si piensas venir no vengas en tiempo de calor o canícula, te vas a asar, el edificio no permite que circule el poco aire fresco por las tardes, y el abanico es totalmente insuficiente para el calor que sentimos, está a algunas cuadras de los parques y teatros más bonitos de Querétaro. Al final de nuestra estancia, nos estaban diciendo que faltaba un vaso de plástico, alegando que se nos entregó completa la habitación, a nosotros no nos hicieron entrega de nada. Climatización, es una buena solución porque en verdad no se siente agradable estar con el abanico de cielo o pedestal todo el santo día, además que no refresca. Servicio de Wifi está ok, limpieza pues si lo recibes limpio pero no entran a hacer limpieza como tipo Airbnb, solo una vez. Piénselo antes de qued**** aquí sobre todo en los meses de mucho calor.

Es cómoda, bien equipada, bonito diseño. Lo único que falló un poco fue la conexión de cable de la tv; se perdió la conexión varias veces. Todo lo demás excelente.

La ubicación es buena y la propiedad muy bonita pero las habitaciones no han sido limpiadas a profundidad desde hace mucho tiempo, solo le dan una limpiada por encima para terminar pronto y se empieza a notar a simple vista. Cuando llegamos no tenían la habitación lista y No tuvimos agua caliente, además estuvo fallando su sistema de cable.

Considero un verdadero hallazgo está propiedad, cuenta con mini refrigerador, microondas, utensilios como platos, vasos, cucharas, smart tv, en este caso necesitas tener cuenta propia en los servicios de streaming o Youtube para poder acceder, se encuentra cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad, regadera normalita y con buena presión, el personal muy cervicial y pronta respuesta del staff en el WhatsApp, en resumen, un lugar bastante económico para lo que ofrece, totalmente recomendable

Todo el servicio muy bueno, todo muy céntrico , la atención fue muy amable y la cama está impecable y comoda
