An expansive property with many pools, fountain, and other outdoor water features that, with several hundred acres of adjacent trees and golf course keep the temperature down and the humidity at a comfortable level. Indoor you will find beautiful lobbies, corridors and functional spaces. There are currently multiple restaurants but not all of the eventual restaurants are open just yet. Olea (Mediterranean with indoor and outdoor seating), Palappa (outdoor covered), the lobby cafe, and Crying Tiger (bar/lounge with a tapas menu) are open. There are at least 2 more restaurants, Rihla and a Japanese fusion that should open over the next 4-5 months. Room's are fantastic and feature decks and beautiful views in every direction.

Our first but definitely not last visit to the Ritz-Carlton hotel Rabat, Dar Es Salam. At “Olea Restaurant” My family and I had the best luxurious dining experience in three years of living in Rabat as a Saudi diplomat. We would love to recommend your restaurant to our friends and relatives. Deep thanks to our hostess “Samira” for her cheerful welcoming and her menu’s suggestions & recommendations. Very good staff and nice view !! I visited the lobby lounge for the 3rd time abd had an amazing experience as expected.The drinks was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. Chaimae was particularly outstanding, providing us with attentive and friendly service. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Thank you to Chaimae and the entire staff for a wonderful evening!!

My visit to the Ritz-Carlton was wonderful—it felt like a paradise on earth. I would like to thank all the staff for their warm reception, especially Maryam in the lobby. She is an amazing person who paid great attention to the details of my visit, making me feel like royalty. She took care of my children and family, making me feel right at home. Although I do not reside in Morocco, I will definitely return specifically because of her. No one has ever cared for me the way she did. Thank you, Maryam.

My recent visit to Ritz Carlton Rabat was delightful. The staff were amazing, and the Mediterranean restaurant was cozy, though the food options were somewhat limited. The afternoon tea in the Lobby Lounge was wonderful, made even more special by Maryam, whose excellent service and attention to detail were outstanding. She took great care of me and my friend. We also loved the Moroccan show with live music.

The stay of my wife and I at this exceptional hotel was made all the better by the high quality of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were attentive and thoughtful without being intrusive. I must draw particular attention to the head of the concierge team who arranged the return of a valuable item I had left behind to our next destination in Casablanca. The outstanding service he provided was typical of the quality to be found at this beautiful new hotel in Rabat.

This was my second visit to the Ritz Carlton restaurant, and it continues to be an outstanding choice! The breakfast is exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Mjido, who gave me excellent recommendations for my meal .Thanks to his advice, I came back for lunch, which was equally delightful. This experience has inspired me to return, but next time, I plan to stay at the hotel to fully enjoy all it has to offer. The staff is warm and welcoming, instantly making you feel at home. highly recommended!
