When I booked the room it stated breakfast was included. It was not also we needed to park in the parking garage and had to pay for a parking pass

Breakfast was expensive for only being mediocre. Hot Food wasn’t hot. Worst Wi-Fi connection I’ve ever encountered at any hotel anywhere They brought clean towels but didn’t make up the room or take the dirty towels

Had a bad experience at another property in the area and had to switch hotels late at night. Service at reception and check-in was exceptional and really helpful to get us settled for the night.

Loved this lake side hotel, the room was cozy, the view was great. The staff was helpful. The restaurant connected was an additional bonus. I would stay here again!

I loved the harbour view but I think paying over 200 dollars for a room for one night should have included free breakfast!.. The rooms were clean and semi spacious.The hotel was inviting when you first walked in and the staff seemed happy.

Great view of the Harbor!
Had to wait over 2 hours after check in time to get a room. Room wasn’t cleaned the best and bathroom was extremely small.

We had issues with the booking reservation that I messed up through *******. The manager and staff at the hotel helped resolve our issue for us! I would stay again based on the hotel, helpful staff and nice location to the marina.
