Hotel Schneeberg Family Resort & Spa

An excellent hotel for families with children, but also for those who come without children with a dedicated adult area. The food is very good. The hotel offers the possibility of activities such as bike rides, mountain climbing, organized hikes and many other activities. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning to this hotel.

We stayed there for 1 week in July. The hotel has its pros, but definitely also its cons. Pros: The adults only area is great and quite new. Especially, the saunas and the adults only swimming pool are great. The child playground in the basement is huge and offers a lot. Cons: The food is very poor, especially given its in Southern Tirol, which generally is known for great food. For example during breakfast they offer some very poor choice of cheese and it seems like they purchase it from a discounter, as its not delicious at all and presented very poorly. For lunch they always offer some noodles with tomato sauce or minced meat, which is not bad per se, but not for 1 whole week! I mean why not some carbonara or pesto sauce? And one particular point to mention is that for lunch all people need to eat in a very small area, given most of the space which is available during breakfast and dinner is closed. Thus, it's extremely crowded during lunch, noisy and the staff is totally overstrained. For dinner, they always offer the very same salads. I mean I don't mind the same salads but they only offer very simple ones (e.g., grated carrots, green salad) without any toppings (i.e., no tomato-mozzarella salad, no rice salad etc.). There would be so many options but they absolutely go with the minimum. Then, the swimming area generally is big but the number of sunbeds isn't and so we had to sit on the floor several times. This might be because the weather wasn't always nice but for a hotel pretending to be top notch there should be enough sunbeds and space inside as well. The kids playground in the basement is huge but they don't care about the simple things, for example the kids toys were lacking batteries all time. We informed the reception several times but nothing changed. So, in essence besides the great adults only area we can't confirm some of the great reviews here. It seems the hotel might want to save costs after corona, but that goes along some very serious detriments. Therefore, we can't recommend this hotel at all!

Very big hotel that uses factory like processes to be able to manage the guests. Food is very poor. 4 stars is fake, it is at most 3 stars. They will send you a massive amount of spam mails if you register, make sure to use a fake email.

Premettendo che la Budget era l’unica camera disponibile al momento della Ns prenotazione, per una struttura che aspira ad essere un 4stelle, non si può vendere una camera del genere che non ho trovato nemmeno in uno scarso 3*. Vecchia, mal tenuta, puzzolente di muffa, vista cantiere con a lato l’impalcatura e gli scarti della ristrutturazione a fianco ed il trapano H24. Oltretutto non è munita di condizionatore come invece mi avevano garantito. Per arrivarci si deve passare nel tunnel ammuffito, senza ricircolo d’aria che porta alle zone child. INCUBO. Poi si devono salire 1/2 piano o più con valigie, senza ascensore. Pagata la penale del 50% siamo scappati a gambe levate. Direttore incommentabile; fosse nella mia azienda l’avrei cacciato a calci. SPA davvero gentili, avevamo già prenotato 4 massaggi che abbiamo purtroppo disdetto.

Incantevole davvero, circondato da monti innevati ci si alza la mattina con un panorama bellissimo. Hotel pulito grandissimo con attività per ogni età. Non c è tempo per la noia. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il Family acqua parck spettacolare, i giochi dei bimbi al chiuso e all'aperto. La spa only adults davvero bellissima pulitissima curata in ogni particolare non pensavo potesse essere così grande. La passeggiata alla malga e la fiaccolata sono state due proposte super apprezzate anche dai nostri bimbi. Personale gentile e sempre propenso a accontentarci. Camera pulita grande con un bel balcone vista monti bagno nuovissimo unico appunto faceva caldissimo e il frigobar era vuoto. Cibo buono, menu sempre diverso ma poca scelta. Lo spazzaneve passa sempre solo mentre nevica si può avere qualche difficoltà alla guida sulla strada per raggiungere l'hotel . Il bus per le piste da sci ferma proprio davanti all'hotel.

Struttura stupenda. Molto grande dotata di tutto, piscine esterne, interne, spazi bambini, palestra, zona cardio, parere da arrampicata, spazi esterni con giochi, mini fattoria e laghetto con pedalo. Con la moltitudine di servizi offerti è stata capace di soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze tanto che abbiamo già riprenotato una prossima vacanza da loro.Cibo raffinato e dai gusti ricercati. Animazione molto apprezzata dalla mia bambina di 8 anni. Assolutamente consigliato

mürrisches, unfreundliches Personal in jeder Abteilung!!! (der Kellner hat auf italienisch während des Abendessen nur geflucht. Schmutzige Teller wurden nicht abserviert. Alles sehr hektisch!) Essen okay aber auch hier - ausbaufähig! Auch wenn es nur ein FAMILIENhotel und kein KINDERhotel ist, könnte man beispielsweise ein kleines Kinderbuffet anbieten (3 Gerichte würden schon reichen - und alle wären super happy und vor allem entspannter (Kellner und Eltern!!!) (Es werden beispielsweise Sternchen als Suppeneinlage angeboten - aber keine klare Suppe dazu. Diese muss separat beim unfreundlichen Kellner bestellt werden - der ohnehin schon überfordert wirkt.) Auch gibt es keine Lätzchen oder Babylöffel am Buffet. Die einfachsten Dinge fehlen! Eiscreme? Jedes Hotel, dass für Familien wirbt hat eine Eistruhe am Buffet. Generell wird in der gesamten Anlage nicht auf Sauberkeit geachtet! das Zimmer - vor allem das Badezimmer, war weit weg von sauber Ausgefranste Handtücher, schmuddeliges Gitterbett ohne Matratze, als Kinderbettdecke wurde eine alte Kinderdecke überzogen - in einem 4 Sterne Hotel? Wo ist hier die Gouvernante? im Kinderbereich sind kaputte Spielsachen (Verletzungsgefahr für die Kinder) Es gibt eine Kartbahn - oder so was ähnliches - mit genau 2 Dreiradlern???? Das Hotel würde eine große Bandbreite an Attraktionen für Groß und Klein bieten. Aber es fehlt überall ... sehr schade! Langfristig gesehen ist das keine gute Unternehmensphilosophie!

Ottima vacanza, eravamo titubanti per la grandezza della struttura, ma abbiamo dovuto ricrederci, proprio per la sua dimensione riesce a rendere gli ambienti non affollati, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la zona adulti/relax. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazieeeee

Che dire,ogni volta che torno in questo hotel poi non vorrei più tornare a casa.Dalla Spa che ti coccola a più non posso,alla cucina deliziosa ed al personale che è molto gentile…Insomma,andar via dall’hotel per tornare a casa è stato veramente un trauma…Grazie di esistere ❤️❤️❤️
