Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort

Saya memesankan untuk teman2 saya yang lain. Kami total Ber7 orang. 2 orang memesan single Club Room sedangkan. Yang main kamar superior tapi kami semua mendapatkan upgrade class oleh kebaikan General Managernya. Hotel di Kuba ini adalah group dari Archiepelago Hotel Indonesia. Kamar luas, tv layar lebar dan bisa mirroring dari HP untuk nonton Youtube, Netflix dll. Semua all in. Kami sangat enjoy stay di Aston. Terima kasih Aston

This was my first time coming to Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort and it was very nice! The beach was clean and calm with white sand and blue water. The staff was very friendly and there was lot of entertainment during the day so you never get bored! Special thanks to Abel and Cesar for making my days fun!

Family of four, mom, dad and 14 and 11 year old stayed December 25 to January 1st. We booked an ocean view club room and were in room number 37315. The good: This was our ninth time in Cuba and first in Holguín. It is definitely different than Varedero and I would say for the better. The beach may not be quite as amazing as Varedero but it’s still pretty awesome. There is quite a bit of coral, so just be aware but fun for snorkelling. The food was good, it’s Cuba, so don’t expect you’re in a five star resort in Mexico and you’ll be fine. The ice cream was fresh, the coffee is wonderful and the booze is free flowing. For the most part the staff is wonderful and they try to make your visit positive. There is a lot of space and not even remotely crowded, I don’t think I waited for longer than two minutes for anything. The not so good (bad?): Our maid was so -so at best. I’m not sure she cleaned anything all week. I finally got fed up and cleaned my own floors. We always tip very generously to the housekeepers but stopped after the thick black hairs (definitely not ours) were not cleaned of the floors. The pool table area wasn’t really ever cleaned up and the staff would often sit there and smoke during their break, which was kinda gross and unprofessional. This stopped after one of the managers went in and snapped on the staff, which was appreciated. Overall, a great way to spend a week during Christmas Break. Probably be back, maybe not here but definitely Holguin!
