Very thankful for Front desk staff Lilesh , shekher and ***oj Who hasbeen make our stay comfortable Very Good ambiance Infinity pool view is good & water is clean. Gym Is also well equiped & clean Break fast is also good spacially paratha. Staff is very supportive and friendly . Please provide phone no list near telephone so we can easily contact with the staff if we needed.

Very nice and big arena banquet nice arrangements for my sons birthday party. Parking is available at open space.Good kind of banquet hall.. Food was awesome, service is excellent, they did everything to made us happy. Thanks TULIP ARENA⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice food arrangement. We were at a party and the service and food .all other arrangements remained fine . Overall good . restaurant person everyone was polite and familiar with with there service special thanks to Gaurav,simmi and your team.

Very Nice ambience and beautiful hospitality. Swimming pool is well maintained. It's new property with clean rooms. Resturant is also versatile with lot of options. Safe parking facility with guard on duty.

I am a regular customer of this hotel since Feb 2023 and that can be checked in my history and we always get atleast a table (Infront of sofa) to keep the food on it which is not available this time...The receptionist told that they are sending after i raised this issue but its been more than 1 hour they did not. 2nd issue is regarding the wifi which is not available since morning when i checked in...neither any resolution nor any assurance has been provided till now in this regard.

Recently stayed in hotel Tulip arena Raipur city Best in town facility locality close to nature close to airport spacious classy relaxing what as i can say it's too good i loved it ,It was a beautiful and comfortable room with great interior and good security service. The staffs were cooperative and ***nered.

Very unpleasant Front office staff. My 65-year-old mother & family was standing for 3 hours at reception although i have booked 3 large suit rooms & payment done. The front office staff have no courtesy. There is an issue with *********** too as they don't have a payment gateway with the Hotel & its a mess paying at the reception. The Hotel is remote location with missing with local aminities.

Tulip arena hotel is good corporate hotel good service and front office staff and all staff very good 💯 behaviour. 7th floor Infinity pool Morning 🌄 View is very good all good my rating star is 5.
