Neha Madam has provided us excellent service, The hotel is in an excellent location and proximity to the customers and is an excellent budget category hotel with excellent food quality. Very pleasant stay and the staff behaviour is also excellent.

This hotel is very very good as a location wise it's very near to the Raipur court as well as at a ghadi chowk the room cleaning is very nice the staff is very prominent and restaurant stop is very fine that taste of food in a vegetarian is best of the food which have taken it I said we are the in third time I am very he about hotels and hygiene but I got the best food cleanliness hygiene and the location of the hotel is very fine and the star is very great specially Karan Neha mallesh Diksha all a very very good persons in a reception plus housekeeping team and restaurant all guest who is seeing my review to come and say over here and get experience with the proper hotel experience

Nice and better room in budget friendly way.nd very good rooms. Clean and hygiene washroom and excellent breakfast buffet with very tasty food nd Good variety Staff was very cooperative nd efficient..most recommended in Raipur city.punjab palace is one of the best the.staff is very kind .thanks to neha nishad ..diksha at the reception.

Nice and better room in budget friendly way. Breakfast is homely and delicious. Location is best in Raipur. Its prime location helps in reaching anywhere in minutes. Staff is helpful and adjustable.overall value for money stay in raipur.

This is the second time I am staying here. They are one of the hospitality partners to our organization and have been extremely responsive and prompt to all our needs. I am a bit picky about hotels, and there aren't a lot of good options for budget stays in Raipur. But Punjab Palace is one of the best. The entire staff is very kind. Thanks to Karan at the reception Yesterday, I requested they shift me to a room with more windows, and they did just that in just a few minutes. No ifs and buts. The breakfast buffet is great, rooms are clean. What else does one want?

It is very good and the environment is also good and clean, rooms and bathroom are also good, service is also good. The staff here is also very good, the conversation is very good and the service is also good. There is no problem in taking the room, it is also safe here.

Rooms are very spacious and well furnished, the bathroom needs ***tainence. Wifi was extremely poor and t v was not recharged. The buffet breakfast was very limited and the service and refill was very late . All in all a good budget hotel for crashing at night,will definitely stay again

Had to call 5 times for TV recharge, Tea served at room was cold, staff not professional.The staff came inside room straight away without telling the purpose. The lift is very small, rooms were clean.
