Fred, Ed and Ollie (their lab puppy) were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. They were so attentive and also helpful in providing great restaurants and winery recommendations in the region. We loved our stay at their property and would book again when in the region again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Logement Onze is located in a tiny village 15 minutes from Narbonne. The village is quiet, but lovely, with not even a shop, but this adds to its charm. You definitely need a car to get around. The B&B has been completely renovated by the owners with all the modern amenities you need. It has been decorated and furnished beautifully, and it has a real charm. The owners, Fred and Ed, make you feel really welcome and it is obvious they really care about their guests. They are really helpful with recommendations about local places to visit and restaurants to try. They also do a great breakfast. The rooms are cool and have air conditioning and the garden and pool are great for relaxing and sunbathing. We loved our stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Ed and Fred are the consummate hosts, and their renovated house is a really lovely accommodation. Breakfasts were excellent, and even included eggs to order!

Fully deserves all the rave reviews that they are getting. Ed and Fred take care of your every need. Their property is stunning, what an enormous amount of work they’ve done to get it to such a high standard! Beautiful room looking into the neighbouring park. The silence is such a relief after cities and towns. The bed is the comfiest we’ve ever slept in, in fact we now think that we need to upgrade our own. Breakfast is just delicious. There’s a swimming pool in the very peaceful garden too. Thanks Anna we hope to return.

FABULOUS!
We totally enjoyed our two night stay at Logements Onze. Ed and Fred are amazing hosts, warm, welcoming and very kind and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendations in nearby Le Somail. This home has been beautifully renovated, full of character with modern conveniences. Our room was very large, more like suite with a sitting area. King size bed was very comfortable, linens lovely and bathroom spacious too. The garden area around the pool is gorgeous both day and night with the lights reflecting. Every room is a feast for the eyes. Breakfast was excellent, assorted breads, fruits, yogourt, meats, cheeses, beverages and each morning perfect eggs made to order. Wifi was incredibly fast. Outstanding hosts in an outstanding home. Thank you Ed and Fred! Hope to return one day.

If you are going to to Languedoc in France and you are travelling by car or motorcycle, this is place you should stay. The attention to detail from the hosts, Ed and Fred, can be felt in every aspect of your visit. From the incredible breakfast they serve, the help with recommendations of all kinds, the decor of the entire place (indoor as well as outdoor), it is just a pleasure through and through. Our stay there in itself is a highlight from our trip traversing the South of France.
Ed and Fred are also fluent English and French speakers, and from we could gather also Dutch and German. They are very kind, helpfull and welcoming.
Also worth highlighting: You get a good night's sleep because the area is quiet and the bed is nice and big. The place feels like a manor, our own room felt and looked stately. Bathing room had a nice big bathing niche. Everything we needed could be found in our room. You can buy a bottle of wine at the place if you feel like it. We could go on and on. But just go there and experience it yourself.

Ed and Fred are the nicest hosts. They are fluent in French, German, English and Dutch. We arrived past midnight due to a long delay, and they assured us that it was no trouble at all and they were both awake to greet us upon arrival. The communication was swift and effortless through email. The breakfast was splendid with lots of options; homemade smoothies, jam and pastries, but also whole grain bread and cheese. The house was beautiful and our room was spacious and decorated in rural style, but modernised with modern ventilation/heating and electric installations. The bed was the best we had tried in France. Parking was behind the property, no issues. We wished we had booked a few night more and would recommend this place to friends and family.
