It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

I had a great time in the hotel. The surrounds felt safe and I had a good time meeting new people.

check in desk was backed up with only one person working. I asked where we could get dinner. she said all places were open until 11pm so we took shuttle only to find out that everything was closed at 930p

Twice we were denied check- in because there were no clean rooms, once after 3:30 and the other time after 4 pm. We were told we couldn’t even check in and simply wait elsewhere for our room to be ready, that it was against policy. Sorry, come back later and get back in line. Finally we had to settle for double beds, not the queen we reserved. No fee adjus**ent, just a breakfast voucher.

The ppl next door had really loud music and I had to change rooms the music was so loud, very frustrating when I spent over 200 dollars and I had to switch rooms, it was at 1030 at night and I had my five year old with me… very inconvenient

It was a very nice hotel to stay at. I did call and ask about all excess fees or holds while I would be stay. I was told no, then my card is just charged $8 a day for parking. That was no where on the booking page either, just could have been informed better.

Property is very convenient to Duke Raliegh Hosptial and doctors offices. Property is in need of updating and upgrading, escpecially the bathrooms.
