OUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. 'tHERE ARE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS:
1. Because my husband is an amputee, we asked for a handicap equipped room. However, the toilet was not handicap status and was very difficult for him to use.
2. When we were preparing to leave, we were unable to procur a luggage cart and had to haul all our luggage to the car.
Otherwise, we were very pleased and will be making reservations for the Chris**as holidays.

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. No noise from the road or from nearby rooms. A good variety at breakfast. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

The hotel is clean, updated, well kept exterior and situated in a quiet area. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. My room was clean and well furnished. The breakfast is free, well prepared and with a good variety of breads, hot food, cereal and beverages. It was a pleasant stay.

my mother did not enjoy it. it was filthy and i was forced into staying there even though i wished to reschedule due to being in a bad snow storm.
