Great customer service, very understanding and handle themselves very professional. Greeted with total respect. The room was nice and very spacious.

What was not so great! Did not understand how to use television. I was not interested downloading more items on my phone. we missed playoff game because you did not offer channel. Breakfast was not very tempting. It was just ok. I have stayed at Hilton Garden many times this does not compare.

Was not many rooms occupied the night I was there so was quiet. Restaurant limited to normal meal hours and no free breakfast.

This was a great spot for my overnight stay. Convenient location, clean spacious rooms with friendly staff. My only issue was the bed. It was extremely hard & uncomfortable and did not allow for a good sleep. I brought my own pillow or that would've been an issue as well.

I want to call attention to the cleaning staff of the hotel. It was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for a long time. They should be recognized for their hard work and be rewarded for making your hotel look good and providing a good impression and a feeling of comfort knowing the hotel has been cleaned properly.

The hotel was overbooked so they bumped me to a queen room, what was totally fine. But the room had holes in the walls from badly draining shower, holes in ceiling from ???, TV didn't work. Bar/restaurant still has limited menu, tried it one time and was passable, not good. The location is very difficult to get in and out of, which made getting any Uber or Lyft 2x the time wait. Won't go back.

The “refrigerator” was a “cool box”, so essentially the same as a cardboard box. It didn’t keep my dessert cold & I had to throw it out. Pillow cases on one bed were dirty: brown smudge on one and black marks on another. The pillows were uncomfortable. The linens didn’t smell clean. The room had a stale smell. The full size towels are very small. The shower water turned from hot to cold within a few minutes of being on. The AC was inconsistent and noisy. The surrounding area in general was noisy, since it’s on a busy *****.

Not my favorite place to stay….. in our room we could hear everything going on outside, and room above us!! AC unit was extremely loud and didn’t stay on long at all… making the room feel “stuffy”. Also not a well lit parking area, not safe when you’re out later in the night! Probably would not stay here again! On ******* it had a 4 star rating and it needs to be 2 or 3…
