Red Roof PLUS+ Raleigh Downtown - NCSU/Conv Center

Our room was VERY clean upon entry and the front desk staff was pleasant. It is a red roof so as far as I know that brand does not offer breakfast normally but they do have coffee in the mornings at this location. I also liked that I was able to open our window to let in some fresh air. A lot of hotels you aren't able to open the windows at all since they are permanently installed.

Hardly gives out reviews but this is far nigh**are stay I ever had in a very long time … firstly was checked in so late after midnight due to transmission of stay from third party but was to woke up and getting kick out my supervisor herself just for an hour late of check out time . You indeed lack customer service satisfaction and so rude . Never with this property

This hotel had a terrible smell. And the linens had stains. We checked out immediately and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. That was 6 days ago. The front desk girl was very nice though.

It was dirty and the fire alarm went off multiple nights and there was someone who had access to our room who wasn’t on staff. Like their key machine printed out duplicate keys for the same room or something like that. Good think the chain was on the door.

"During my recent stay at Red Roof Inn, I encountered a few issues that left me disappointed. The hotel was dirty The room cleanliness was well below par, and there was an unpleasant smell as well as signs of mold in the bathroom. Additionally, I was concerned to find that the windowin our room on the fourth floor could be fully opened, which presented a potential safety hazard. My family and i a very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone spend an extra 50 bucks and stay somewhere safe... I sincerely hope that Red Roof Inn takes my feedback into consideration and takes steps to enhance their cleanliness standards. Improved maintenance and safety measures, such as securing windows on higher floors, would greatly benefit future guests.

My stay was not that great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean however, I came across a few roaches in different stages of their life cycle and the remote to the TV was missing.

only negative was the carpets were dirty in the hallways but the room was fine. very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing in walking distance from property. Only dining was from a 3rd party room service. Reasonably priced.
