Fast check in. When we stay the night in Raleigh, this is where we prefer. Easy to get in and out of, free parking, close to everything without being in the heart of downtown. Downtown is cool, but a lot of those hotels provide ear plugs because it's so loud. Also, this place is half the price of many hotels it's either nicer than, or on par with.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only con is, if you're a light sleeper like me you need to request a room on the opposite side of the highway

Hotel was clean and very nice rooms. Other accommodations were nice also if I had time to use them.

The staff were excellent
The room however was not as clean as it needed to be (trash left in wastebaskets and shelves in closet very dusty)

Great hotel, Receptionist to busy on cell phones not really able to assist when you are asking questions. The pool was wonderful to enjoy, beside the kids jumping from the sidelines, splashing water all over the place

Broken toilet. Blinking light. And ******* charged me ($261) which was much more than quoted ($239). Customer service was zero help.
