Palestine Plaza Hotel

obviously it needs some serious renovation , but on a positive note , the staff are super friendly and efficient , rooms are spacious , breakfast is outstanding , location wise is perfect , what was missing is the right vibe , the reception area is very dull , the hotel facilities needs a lift up , with some serious investment this hotel can go back to its glory days

I stayed here for 2 weeks in late October and early November. The room was great. huge big room with a a great view over the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful everytime. Great gym there as well. Great location and plenty of restaurants and cafe's close by.

We went to the revolving restaurant on the top floor. The food was delicious. The view was stunning. It shows a beautiful view of Ramallah. They have great cocktails too. The service was excellent.

Good location. Nice staff. Good view. Spacious room. Property needs lifting, maintenance, and overall cleaning (elavators, windows, ... )

Localizado a aproximadamente 30 min do aeroporto Ben Gurion. Possui transfer. Possui vários tipos de quartos :para familia e quartos coletivos. No nosso caso , tivemos quartos com 3 pessoas e quartos para 2 pessoas que foi o meu caso. Os quartos possuem ar condicionado , cofre, banheiro limpos com troca de toalha, tv a cabo. No caso da internet ,ela estava um pouco fraca algumas vezes porque o hotel estava lotado. O hotel é familia , ambiente espetacular, com teatro, cimena, spa , academia , e um restaurante panorâmico no 23º andar. O café da manhã é muito bom. O cardápio possui alguns prato diferentes para quem deseja. Comemos um pizza excelente. Atendimento excelente. O hotel fica perto de 3 atrações turísticas e com alguns bons restaurantes perto. Passamos 6 dias. Custo beneficio muito bom.
