Simfonia Boutique Hotel

The restaurant was excellent and very enjoyable.

A hotel that doesn't even deserve 2 stars. I arrived at Hotel Simfonia around 10 pm, I received a room, and in the room I left only my bag with clothes. I went to park in the underground parking of the hotel, which is extremely inappropriate, and I scratched my car, the entrance is very tight and the parking lot is occupied by construction materials. Then I went up to eat at the hotel restaurant, where I managed to eat only an appetizer, without being told that after 10.30 pm you can no longer order food. Considering that all these aspects are not specific to a 4-star hotel, I decided to leave. On leaving, even though I hadn't used the room, I scratched my car due to the lack of parking conditions, I had eaten as much as I could at the hotel restaurant, I was charged 315 lei, being told that these were their conditions and that if I didn't pay, I wouldn't I open the garage door, conditions in which I paid the requested amount !!!!!!! I chose another hotel, the Ramada, where I stayed, slept and paid for the accommodation. In conclusion, the amount paid to Simfonia was for a service not rendered and as a result of "blackmail" - they won't open your garage door if you don't pay - which is not legal and of course should not be found in the behavior of people who works in HORECA. I would also add the fact that the elevator is extremely small and frequently gets stuck between floors, when I left the table from restaurant I was asked by 2 ladies to help them to take a baby carriage down the stairs.

Clean. The room is very large. Nice view. Love it.

Don’t go there without reservations! We traveled 50 km to eat at this restaurant and without notice it waz closed! Private event! It will definitely be the last time we come here! Good food, nice ambiance but today’s attitude is unforgivable!

We were on passing through Valcea and found this fabulous hotel for 2 nights From the entrance to our room the ambiental perfume was heavenly , the ambiance is designed in a classical manner whitch reminds the traveller of the old baroque hotels The 4 stars hotel classification is truly reflecting the quality of services

Veramente un ottimo hotel, posizione ottimale, personale cortese e disponibile,ma soprattutto pulizia impeccabile.abbiamo provato il ristorante,uno dei migliori dì tutto il nostro tour in Romania . Fermata per chi prosegue verso Sibiu

Отель такой,как показывают на сайте,все красиво и аккуратно.Ванная чистая,есть гели д/душа,шампуни,полотенца. Завтраки не обильные,но красная рыба присутствует,как и видов 5 сыров.Йогурты,фрукты,омлет,сосиски,хумус,закуска из баклажан,колбасы,булочки,овощи,чай/кофе. Еда вкусная в ресторане.Заказывали сырную нарезку,рыбу и мясо и все очень понравилось. Ещё немаловажный факт,что администратор разговаривает на нескольких языках,четко и понятно.Да и вообще,обслуживание на уровне. Отель рекомендую.С утра,пока пьёшь кофе,наслаждаешься горными видами из окна . На территории стоянка и подземный паркинг.
