Great location close to Key West and good eating places close. Office staff provide excellent service. We will definitely stay there again

On our 16 day visit to the Keys, this place was the least desirable. Our room was tiny and cramped. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and other people sat outside their rooms partying. It did quiet down at the stated quiet hours except for the music in the bar. Although it’s listed as a resort, there was nothing resort-like about it. We won’t be back.

It’s an older hotel and I know that coming into it. The issue is the bar adjacent to the hotel where loud music played until 11:30 on Saturday and 10:10 Sunday. My child couldn’t sleep and neither could we.

Very small rooms, a/c was locked out and average temp, it was not hot but not very cool either. Shame that any room in the keys is double price that it should.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful from checking in to checking out, and the tiki bar staff was grear too. It's a comfortable place to lay your head down at night and the outdoor seating off of each room was a great place to just relax. We'll be back!

Chilled vibe, lots of locals and live music at Tiki Bar, food decent, friendly and helpful Staff. Felt safe for a solo female to stay at. It was pretty easy to ward off self proclaimed “Scary Gary” doing his best pick up lines at the Tiki Bar. Room 26 just needs a little TLC to make it more cozy like a hotel “resort” room and less prison like.

I’ve been passing this property for about 30 years of traveling to the Keys. So I did have some preconceived notions of it. This was all I needed, which was a place to sleep. I would stay here again.
